Room amenities front desk and housekeeper staff very friendly

Pool hours closed at 9pm and didn't open until 12 next day limits guest use and didn't get clean towels while we were out had a 2 night stay

Very clean and updated rooms flat eye stoves big refrigerators new bedding it was awesome and the pool was so clean and just the right temp and the staff was very helpful was the best hotel I've stayed in the trip cities area

A laundry room and I understand the breakfast issue where they are remodeling

Overall it’s a nice quiet comfortable stay

Its nice and clean.its been upgraded. It’s newly painted looks diff from the picture shown here They are still working on some rooms. Stairs should be cleaner. Room is good had a small kitchenette and new stove top and microwave but not working

Some garbage around the back should be cleaned and the stairs should be cleaned Microwave didn’t work. We had some pizza we wants to warm up and couldn’t

Dirty floors and no weekday breakfast

Location

The flooring in our room was so dirty my socks will never be white again. Also there was no coffee maker and coffee/tea amenities in the room. Breakfast was only offered on the weekend.

Disappointing

The staff was rude and they were going through a complete remodel that started at 7 am until 7 pm. Would not have booked if we had know before hand.

I can sum up our stay in 2 words; never happened. After booking online using booking.com I called the facility and verif

They gave away our room and we had no beds after driving 700 miles. I even called them the night before to verify our reservation.

I am extremely disappointed in the name Wyndham being associated with this motel. I will think twice about staying at a

nothing, badly located and badly advertised

Construction crews began hammering before 7am. After being awoke at this time we decided to get the advertised breakfast to find out only coffee was served (false advertising). we asked to speak to a manager, but was told he was not on the property. Wyndham needs to investigate this manager as only the maintenance man was available. The whole office unit and kitchen was left unsecured. I would not recommend anyone staying here until these issues are resolved.

I'll start with the room smelled of bleach , no coffee pot , hair in the freezer of the rusted refrigerator. No breakfast as mentioned...liars . Overpriced for what you get .I didn't see the reviews before I booked and should have . The spray they used for their remodel on their tubs is cheap and peeling off ....this is not a remodel , remodel is fixing and making new not redoing the old crap by painting the tubs . Last the hotel has 3 different names lol the hotel is Days inn. The phone in the room says motel 6 , and when you call ...I'd caller is Laquinta inn lol I'd be ashamed to admit anyone works here . Only 1 outlet worked in the room . Very old outside is nice I will give them that

It served the over night purpose

It was nice and clean.

The staff wasn’t in the office when it was time for me to check in. The peeling ceiling in the bathroom and the water would not turn all the was off in the shower. They didn’t have breakfast like it said.

It was not clean, room had bad smell, dead bug on curtains, the curtains was shear and see though, did not have a thick curtain that you could pull to close window from outside view, bed was hard and springy. I asked for a refund after I saw the room. I will not book there again. The receptionist was rude as well/ running on Red Bull and cigarettes beside her. Not professional at all.

Very friendly staff, but wait until they are done with the renovations.

It was up on a hill, so the view was nice. They are in the middle of renovating, so the facility was not so nice.

Thin walls allowed every noise in. Beds were clean & comfy, but the metal frame it was on made noise every time we got in or out.
