I did not stay once I noticed the seedy people staying next door and the live roaches in the bathroom and the room did
Nothing except the location it is dirty had roaches and room ac was not working not to mention seedy customers smoking marihuana next door
When I walked in the room and saw roaches in the bathroom and notice ac was blowing hot I asked for a refund manager refused and said it was not refundable I left and was not going to stay in such a place I didn’t seek safe and I didn’t get my money back even though she saw the roaches and the aircon was not blowing cold air she had no sympathy or integrity that was a terrible long night since I had to then drive in the middle of the night in search of another place to stay I did find a Hampton inn abt 30 minutes south of there in Dunedin that was lovely

Terrible.. do NOT recommend
The room was dirty. Sheets, pillows and linens were dirty. Actual pillows should be bleached or thrown away. Cable didn’t work. One plug outlet and no bedside lamps. People walking around all night. Police presence due to homeless people hanging around. Room next door was noisy with radio playing till 11pm. The matress itself was dirty also. We were gonna check out and sleep in my truck. The room was hot for hours.. till the AC finally caught up. No phone in room. Used cell to call office to ask if they had a cooler room and she said no.

Poor
The Bed only.
Yellow water coming out of bathtub. Stayed for one night only and did not get my refund for the inconveniences.

The room was dirty. I felt uncomfortable staying the night there
The location was convenient. I enjoyed being close to downtown.
The floors in the room were filthy. You could see visible dirt on the tile throughout the room. I had to walk around with shoes. There was a small spider that I found in my bed and a huge beetle/cockroach that I found on the ground. Additionally, the sheets had stains on them. Lastly, there was no peephole in the door. This is a safety concern especially if you are a woman traveling alone. How is anyone to know who is knocking on the door?

It was ok.
Room was clean. Plenty of parking.
No breakfast, no coffee in room, main door didn’t look too secure. No place close by to get a cup of coffee.

Poor
The location was far better than the facilities. We had no hot water in our shower, an experience I’ve never had in the US. The room was run down, the ac had to be unplugged to stop. The bathroom had no fan, etc. The receptionist was behind plexiglass, despite being in an apparently good neighborhood. If renovated, the motel could recapture its retro charm, but for now it’s a dump.
