NOTHING FANCY!! the AC was new, bed comfortable, breakfast ok,

Hallways are not air conditioned. Noticed, later that a phone was at the check in desk time call for your room. Not the friendliest staff. NO ELEVATOR for the 2nd floor..so request 1st floor.

Dirty, stained comforter. Carpet filthy, room smelled of smoke with non-smoking room. Hole in bathroom door.

Location was perfect and price was reasonable.

The location was terrific! We walked across the lot to the convention center for a concert. Didn’t have to worry about traffic or parking!

Good location, next to venue

Bed was clean and comfortable

Exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom, and tub/shower needed a good scrubbing, didn't use the shower because of that

Exceptional

Our trip was great. We've stayed there in the past and will probably stay again. The room was clean and tidied up every day. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast bar was good. Could have had breakfast meats as well.

Nice budget motel right next door to the Performing Arts Center

Right next door (walkable) to the Performing Arts Center (PAC). Plentiful fluffy scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, and waffles. This is one of the better Super 8 / budget motels.

Nice place to stay when you're here to sightsee etc.

We have stayed at this location whenever we come to Shipshewanna and it is always well kept, quiet and in a good location. We did not eat breakfast there so can't speak for that. Very nice and friendly staff.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was near where we wanted to be.

The motel lacked an elevator, making it hard on those who had rooms on the 2nd floor. My wife, as well as many elderly people, had a tough time using the stairs due to her knee surgeries. The breakfast area was small, and the foods offered were minimal.

The breakfast was fine but had to take food to room...no available seating.

Room key was very difficult. Once we tried 30 times to unlock the door. Got a staff member 2 times for help. No conversation or tips for opening door.
