RUN from these scammers, FRAUD. BDC WONT HELP EVEN THO FRAUD! SPENT 1300 & GOT A BAIT N SWITCH.

BAIT N SWITCH! I searched @BDC FOR entire home w/pool, so when I found this house & saw all the great reviews of "incredible pool" gorgeous house, etc... I thought I found THE house. if you look at their pictures they only show 1 picture to be the house I actually got. the other images are of the house I thought I was renting. I so carefully checked to make sure every bedroom had a tv (for the BOYS consoles) the pool was heaven in the pictures, the game room was huge with Prof. gaming tables. NOT ONE PICTURE SHOWED A HOUSE THAT THE BACKYARD WAS A HIGHWAY, NOT ONE PICTURE SHOWS A BROKEN PING PONG TABLE THROWN ON THE FLOOR OF THEIR GARAGE. EVERY PICTURE THEY SHOW IS OF THE HOUSE I THOUGHT I WAS renting. INSTEAD WHAT I GOT WAS a house that overlooked a highway, & the game room was a broken-down ping pong table& 2 folding toy tables for kids under 10. I was shown an entirely different property online. First clue it was FRAUD IS.. WHEN I asked on Sunday "Is the pool heated or must I pay extra? She responds W/the basketball court is in the clubhouse across the street. I was busy &wasn't worried about the pool being heated so I overlooked that. (btw I STILL could've canceled for free on Sunday) when I realized the pool was not there & the house's backyard was A highway. i texted the owner & was told no pool & BTW THE clubhouse is closed also. which means NO POOL NO BASKETBALL COURTS, NOTHING! so I booked another spot w/airbnb. WE LEFT 1 HR AFTER ARRIVING. The next day I finally reached OFFICES & was told they wouldn't refund a dime. ON WED WE were told there is no pool w/my unit just a clubhouse w/pool then thur when we arrive we r told there's no clubhouse either!! WHICH MEANS NO POOL AT ALL! NOTHING FOR 3 TEEN BOYS TO DO (owners would be informed of the renovation, at least a month in advance unless there was a disaster. i wasn't told about the clubhouse being closed till thur.

WHEN I CALLED & INFORMED THE OWNER ABOUT THE SITUATION SHE COULD HAVE EITHER GIVEN ME THE UNIT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET or REFUNDED ME. instead I'm WAS never offered any other house (which she claims she did to bdc, LIAR) NO ONE ACTUALLY LOOKED INTO THIS OR I WOULDVE GOTTEN A REFUND. INSTEAD I HAD TO PAY FOR 2 HOUSES. IM OUT $1300 FOR A HOUSE I NEVER SPENT MORE THAN 1 HR IN. When we arrived we could not get into the house it took about 25 min before I was given the correct code, all in all, we were at that property for about an hour. We didn't even use a bathroom in this unit. I immediately went to Airbnb.com and rented another house. We left immed. which i will prove in court. She is now trying to say her cleaning lady sent her pix of a used house. NO! WE DIDN'T EVEN USE a BATHROOM, I walked the unit & took some video. showing the pix of the broken ping pong table thrown on the floor and the other tables made for children under 10. I was supposed to get a gorgeous huge game room w/prof equipment not foldable kmart stuff made for kids under 10. I DON'T KNOW IF THE CLEANING LADY just WANTS TO GET PAID & MESSED up the house OR THE OWNER IS LYING. either way it is a lie. THE WORST THING IS AFTER TRYING TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER, I CALLED BOOKING.COM AND THEY WERE SYMPATHETIC BUT DID NOTHING. TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT REFUND ME CAUSE OF THE POLICY. this had nothing to do with policy. I WAS SCAMMED! this RUINED MY VACATION. BAIT N SWITCH total FRAUD! I SENT A HAND WRITTEN LETTER TO THE CEO OF BDC & AM PRAYING HE WILL ACTUALLY LOOK INTO THIS AND AT THE VERY LEAST AT LEAST GIVE ME 2 WEEKS FREE IN ANOTHER HOUSE THIS TIME ONE I ACTUALLY WANT. OR BEST CASE I GET MY 1300 BACK. HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN FIX THIS TOTAL MESS NOW. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR RUN FROM THIS COMPANY RUN ASAP

Family rental house with a pool.

Very family-friendly rental house with a pool. Quickly responded to all my emails I received a gate code and door code by email a few days before arrival, so it was very convenient for me.

rooms weren’t very clean. no bath towels only provided hand towels the fire alarm batteries were going flat and beeped for the entire of our stay. pool light timer doesn’t work .

average stay in an average villa but superb surroundings

we were self catering so breakfast is not applicable the location was superb for what we needed but thats why we chose this area

There were a number of issues with the property but in all fairness the management were very prompt in dealing with our problems from the details on booking we thought this was going to be a 2 storey villa but sadly it was not so the pictures we see were very miss leading we found the villa to be very tardy and unkempt, this was the 18th villa we have stayed in over 20 years visiting Florida and found it to be the worst of all everything felt very basic and bland there was no luxury in the villa at all, and for this I felt was overpriced the location was superb and the are was very peaceful with the lake and wildlife on our doorstep which did lift the overall rating

I like the location is about 20 minutes from the parks.

we didn't have a play room with ping pong table or something but was not a big deal for us.

Amazing week!

We fit comfortably and with 7 kids that’s not always the case.

Could have used more bowls and some plastic cups for the kids. Other than that it was perfect.

Nice house in great location but could do with a bit of updating in some areas

Open plan layout with big master bedroom. Big kitchen

Could have done with replacing few bits - towels and bedding, kitchen bits, some furniture. TV not working in one room. Was clean inside but pool area was left unclean. We enjoyed our stay and had great time although if at full capacity would struggle for chairs/crockery.

Everyone enjoyed their stay overall.

All the the houses were nice, there was a Few minor issues but nothing to make a fuss about.The set up inside the residence were set up well.

The refrigerator was not to cold then it started leaking water. The maintenance guy came but it had to have a tech to do the work. He was suppose to have came Monday but never showed.

Beautiful home

Everything about this property was beautiful. It was nice and spacious. Beautiful view of the little lake. There was a little accident in the home and Management was reasonable and helped a lot. I really liked the costumer service provided. I would definitely come back and book again!

The staff responded quickly whenever I had a question, even when it was after hours. the location is good and the neighborhood was very nice and quite. its close to food, Walmart and only like 30 minutes from Universal.

There were holes in the wall where fixtures had been moved. We had issues with the cable boxes not working.The outside trash was over flowing when we arrived so every time we opened the door flies would come in the house. There was no lights in or around the pool so we couldn't swim once the sun went down.

The best Getaway CozyKey!!

The house was perfect everyone was comfortable the house was clean the beds were great compare to the last house we rented in (Ella Mae ) We had rented you facility before. Thumbs 👍

We were disappointed that we weren't able to have a house with a pool ☹
