Noise level, furniture in room was sticky, back of bathroom door was not clean and one bar of soap.

Loved it! Can’t wait to go back

Love the historical vibe and motif.

Restaurant is below 5th floor. Could hear chatter, vacuuming, etc as early as 7:30am. Thankfully not after 10pm at night.

Exceptional

The only issue we had was that our main elevator was not working. We did have the stairwell and the service elevator though. We loved it and will return again.

Superb

The breakfast was wonderful, and the bed WAS SO COMFY. It was so nice, and the bathtub was enormous.

My only criticism was in the bathroom there was a humming in the air that sounded like I had tinnitus, but my partner heard it too. Also, the bed box injured me multiple times! Small complaints.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance to shows, restaurants, shopping and hikes.

The room was spacious but the mattress is in need of replacing. The AC fan was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. Vents were dirty.

Really no information about meal or where to meet in the hotel. Not a fan of the breakfast.

Superb

Love this place! Great theming, the rooms are big and spacious and airy. The beds are fantastic and the huge tile shower is my favorite. This time I also ate at the pizza place, delightful and great outdoor seating.

The ice machine is still broken and I walked all over the hotel looking for the other machine!

Smart, clean, comfortable, good location.

My room was downgraded on check in, hotel claimed they had no knowledge of my booking of a premium room. I did not receive a price reduction. Also, only one complementary breakfast per room irrespective of number of occupants!
