Excelente sin contar con gente que no sabe compartir habitación

El ambiente en general era muy bueno, sin contar con alguna compañera de habitación agresiva e impertinente. De la cual nos quejamos y la recepcionista nos ayudó, aunque no nos pudieron cambiar de habitación por falta de espacio. El desayuno es buenísimo y barato. Siempre hay agua fresquita disponible. Toallas, mantas y sillas para la playa también! La ubicación está a 3 minutos de la playa y de ocean drive!

Las camas eran cómodas pero muy ruidosas. El aire acondicionado está a tope todo el rato, pero como en todo EEUU...

Good place to stay but there is no deposit back

Location is the best one, Cvs Ross and more everything too close for this hostel.

20 dollars deposit they taken but there is no money back to me still waiting it and beds are too much shaking.

Nice accommodations but terrible management.

Really love the room. And it is good that they have two bunks versus a three bunk. I enjoyed the chicken empanada and guava with cheese croissant I purchased. They were yummy!

For the 1st time a member of housekeeping, who was also the manager assisted another woman and I after making us wait ~30 minutes or more plus the man at the "bar" had to ask her to. She walked past us 3 times and did not open her mouth, smile, or anything. The normal front desk clerk was on break and it was just her son there playing a game on the TV there. Then the manager had the nastiest attitude, made me pay to change out towels, and just was an unpleasant person. When I brought the towel back to exchange she tried to be nice but by then I was over it and just wanted to go to my room. I have to be up by 4 am and it was already past 11pm.

Great location, walk to anything, beach, restaurants, etc. Hostel with lots of company :)

Every thing was great! This was a hostel and we are older (75&80), but we were able to reserve a room with a private bathroom. The facilities were clean, and our room was very large and comfortable. The location was terrific, about 3 blocks from the beach and another block to all the nighttime activity. There were restaurants within a block or two, along with a drug store and a liquor store. The atmosphere of the hostel was exciting, mostly because of the other guests and the fact that there was no television in the room. Hence everyone hung out at picnic tables in front (with hedges between tables and public sidewalk) and in the rear of the hostel. The staff was wonderful and helpful and the other patrons were from all over the world, Paris, Belgium, Ukraine, Spain, and some US people relocating to Miami. This was a wonderful experience and a great place to stay - both location wise and cleanliness/comfort/staff and interaction with other patrons.

Can't say there was anything we disliked. As long as you know and want a hostel environment, close to the beaches and all the action, this is the best place in Miami Beach. You never really have conversations in large hotels, were you simply run to your room and watch TV.

Cleanest nicest hostel in Miami

Rooms were comfortable clean spacious. Breakfast every morning was basic but offered. Super close to the beach which is always a plus.

At the end of my stay I tried to extend by one night. The front desk woman said I was all set. I left for the evening to go out with friends. When I returned all of my things had been moved to beside the door and the room had been deep cleaned. It made me so uncomfortable I just left at that point rather than staying another night

Nice place to stay in Miami! I liked this hostel! Also it has great location: close to everything (few minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, etc). Very friendly staff work on reception :-)

It’s not about the property, but there is some construction process next to the hostel, which starts around 7:30 am :/

The location is amazing, super close to everything. 5 minutes from the beach. the room was okay.

my only problem was that there was no towels on the flor in the bathroom. so, after you leave from the shower the flor was super wet. the front desk guy was a little bit rude when I asked about the beach. he said that I could use the maps, that was true, but it was a simple question. I was interested to hear from a local. He also was sarcastic in some moments. So, I didn’t have a good first impression at the check in.

The staff was nice and tried always to help.

We had to put a deposit with credit card, since we don't live in USA, our credit card are from other countries, and for every transaction we have to pay an extra fee, even if the amount is just "blocked" in the account. It was also the first day of the bar but they accepted just credit card, where we couldn't use it and we were also not allowed to bring our drinks from somewhere else to drink it in the patio. Please change these points about the credit card. Even if we paid for the breakfast in advance, they were requesting to pay other 6$ extra at the check in, and also I had to pay other 6$ becauses "taxes", actually i have already paid everything before.
