Nice room and friendly staff

Room was nicely equipped with a small refrigerator, work desk, nice size TV, and comfy King bed. Got several texts from the manager? asking if everything was good and if I needed anything so communication was great. Nice Italian restaurant is right next door as well.

The outside parking lot is built on a hill so there aren't any slots that aren't slopped unless you park in the lower garage area.

Good Value for a comfy stay

I likes the layout and the free cookies. The staff was fantastic and helpful.

The gym hours were limited. I prefer 24 hours to stay on a differen time zone schedule.

Same day just a different hotel

The property was nice and clean great views

That for all the money I was charge food particularly breakfast should have been included

It was ok.

There was no free breakfast so I didn’t try, the prices were very high

There was q sofa bed in the room but no extra sheets to use, that was uncomfortable. No conditioner in the shower, so that was an inconvenience. The shower bench was not secured and it fell on me, it Bruce’s my leg.

I would stay there again.

Friendly front desk lady . She was very friendly and also gave us water & cookies as a welcome.

The breakfast area was clean and spacious but didn’t like the breakfast , unfortunately. Stale croissant & stale muffins .

walls transmitted even soft sounds from the adjoining rooms. parking was ten dollars. nearby spaces were only for compact cars. there weren't anymore welcome cookies when we checked in.

Large room, extra seating, kind desk staff.

The first room looked out on the freeway so I asked if we could have a room with a view and the person on the desk very kindly offered us another room with a better view. Also another desk clerk printed something out for me that I needed and was unable to print myself.

Windows were dirty, but that is understandable since it recently rained. The interior was spotless. There was a hole in the wall where the phone plugs in. No TV guide. Pool not heated.

I like the location and security.

They only clean the room if you put in a request. The parking was supposed to be free, but cost ten dollars a day.

These places need better check-in time!

Room was clean and the hotel was clean

Check-in is very late. 4 pm is not a good check-in time. Usually, everywhere I go check-in is from 2-3. This is terrible. And when I asked if I can check out an hour after the original check-out time the staff was not polite and denied me. At night I kept getting phone calls from the front desk which disturbed our sleep. But they didn't care.

Pleasant

Our room was on the first floor and you can hear the people walking above. Was difficult to get sleep when people are constantly walking until 3am. The ceiling was making creaking sounds.

my stay was short but very pleasant. i have spent an entire weekend here before and it was priceless. this is definitely

i like everything about it. The front desk staff was very welcoming and remembered me from my last visit in July of 2023. The rooms are spacious and very clean. great ambience, as well as in room dining.
