Pleasant

The fact that it's located on a military installation gives you the safe feel

The face bowl was clogged I guess ...the water drained pretty slow maybe just the room I was in bit I paid for a week I work a few hours away and the staff called to see if I've checked out...that I don't like...if my week wasn't up whether I'm there or not because I travels should mean something

Good location $10-15 Uber into the city and saved masses on parking in the city! Staff super friendly and helpful

It was a bit rough around the edges needs updating asap

property was great. I love the fact it have a full kitchen where you can cook. It also have a pot, skillet, pan, spoons, etc to use while there. A dish rack to store dishes with a microwave and a fridge.

No staff member was on duty when we tried to check out at 6:00 a.m. So we left our key on the counter and left.

Great staff good sized room with lots of amenities.

Large rooms in a nice peaceful neighbourhood. Easy access to a great running route and a 2 dollar ferry to all the action.

Great if you want to stay close but not right in the city

away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to ferry and then over to town

bathroom - tapeware was broken so shower wasn’t good. not very pleasant welcome

The rate and located was excellent .

When I first enter the property the front desk clerk walked away and started eating her food. I stood there waiting for 15 minutes, until I asked if she was working tonight. She continued eating and talking to me while sitting down in another room. Last but not least, the day of checkout that same front desk clerk, wasn't at the desk, but she was outside smoking cigarettes talking loud with people. This was my first and last time booking at this location. I rather pay more to have a better experience.

The shower had zero pressure to take a good shower with water to rise off well

Nothing really

The Receptionist didn't see I booked 2 rooms. One of my rooms had vomit in the sink when we first entered. There was no hot water for my son's bath or our showers. Sketchy, loud people throughout the premise

front desk had a person being rude & hard to work with. booked with booking and apperantly the hotel said I didn’t pay or book.. eventuallly it got fixed but not the best way.
