You asked what did I like about this hotel but I didn't stay there but only thing I liked about it. When I got to the Suft hotel . late afternoon around 6:00 . I was so disgusted, it was so nasty and it smelled . The front desk clerk was so rude that I canceled my appointment to stay. there even though the false advertising . I had paid in advance . To surf hotel that I saw online look nothing like the hotel that I saw when I got.to the hotel.Il had to pay for one night. To cancel my reservation. When I got there , people were drinking on the sidewalk. the liquid store was attached to the beach hotel. This caused my anxiety to kick in. Then it got worse I called booking.com to cancel my reservation. So I had to find another hotel on a Friday night can you imagine. Booking.com the people were so rude I had to go through four people before I could cancel my reservation . I explained to booking.com that took me an hour and 40 minutes just to cancel the reservation. nowhere to stay . I couldn't stay in a roach infested hotel they were so rude . Station to cancer the reservation I had to pay for one night it is such a scam please don't stay there be one you will really be disgusted shame on people and these slum hotels just using innocent American people just trying to have a nice weekend you work so hard for your money then you end up throwing it away because of a scam. disgusting hotel please don't stay there it is a false advertisement.

DO NOT BOOK HERE THE PICTURES ARE NOT REAL AND NOT EVEN PICTURES OF THE SAME PROPERTY

nothing, it was completely the opposite of what the pictures show online before we booked and smelled like mildew

our rooms smelled like mildew and when I asked if our friends with young babies could be switched to a different room that was cheaper priced but it had two beds in it instead of one, they absolutely refused

Horrible. Do not stay here

decent location

We asked for towels 3 different times. There were four adults and one toddler. Each time they came to our room with ONE towel. for five people. Super dirty, the whole hotel was disgusting. key stopped working multiple times. horrible, rude staff.

It was close to the hospital where my son had his surgery at and right by the beach

I paid online with my husband's credit card when he goes up there to check in they made him pay out of pocket even though it's already came off of his card then I put for one night and she was trying to say that we put for two I still haven't got my refund back or some type of credit

Good if on a budget

Right across the street from the beach, the room was clean, it was perfect for us mainly used to sleep, was a bit skeptical of the area but had no issues. The owners were very friendly and helpful

The location was fine and the parking was okay.

The place smelled like cigarettes and mold and had roaches everywhere.

In my mistress' words, one of the best vacations of our lives.

There was no breakfast, but let's just say I'm 64, didn't have any Viagra, but didn't need any >:-)

Only problem was crowded parkjng, but the Galveston cops weren't out to get us so it worked.

Bad for people of color

The location was great and the view was awesome.it was very clean.

The racist writing on our door the owner said it was there when we got there but it wasn't, trust me i would have noticed it. I wouldn't have stayed there.

Fair but could be much better

Location definitely is excellent

The units were old and too small entry doors have big gap when closed you can hear people when walking by the night we’re staying have neighbors next doors where too noisy and open and shut the door a lot until late the room I got the sheets where dirty and the pillows to flat and soft location is excellent no doubt on that but if they increase they quality on cleaning the rooms and updated better the units on overall this place has a potential to increase the value on customer value and more likely to return

Close to the beach. Great cable access and easy to use tv.

no lamps, way too small, shower doors don’t stay closed, no parking lot, way too bright of neon lights outside the bed window without adequate curtains

for the price ot was perfect, safe and clean.

towels were old, but I alwayd bring my own towels so it didn't really bother me.

The outside needs some work but the inside was very clean. I will definitely stay there again. This is a diamond in the ruff.

The views are amazing. The staff was very nice.

Horrible save your money!

Loved the fact that it was walking distance from the beach.

First room I received smelled like mold & cigarette after i asked for a non smoking room & the neighbors were outside smoking weed & drunk. We asked for a refund & were going to leave so we were offered another room. The bathroom was still dirty & the blankets had cigarette burns. We ended up leaving 2 hours after the reservation. Never again will I go back there. The whole building was in terrible condition.
