It’s not that it’s some thing I didn’t like but the price jumped $13 from one week to the next in the room wasn’t any different from the week before.

Awful but at least the bedding seemed clean and I didn’t see bugs.

The breakfast and coffee were awful.

The main lobby and halls have a funky smell to them,the living room couch was terrible if you sat in it you sank and I’m only 97lbs so it shii or Lundy sink like that. The tv is hung crooked on the wall. The whirlpool tub was gross. I was just disappointed because I paid 168.00 for a night and the room felt not that clean the rugs felt gross.

Practically perfect

Really cute hotel, immaculately clean and comfy. Exactly what I needed, when I needed, where I needed.

The ONLY negative was no in room coffee - I really really need that lol Coffee in the lobby was fine, but I want coffee before I interest with anyone lol

First and Last

I arrived after my grandmas funeral with my entire immediate family. We had three rooms total. Upon entering my room i notice it was So cold but luckily we quickly realized we had to turn the heat on ourselves. I went to charge my phone and there was red lingerie behind my bed near the electrical outlet where I was to plug my phone in . It was not hard to miss— and I’m unsure how a cleaning person could overlook it. I felt disgusting sleeping in that bed all night but was too emotionally exhausted to bring it up to the front desk who was already seemingly aloof and annoyed by the fact he had to work. In the morning I was greeted with a bathroom vent that was broken so it got overly steamy when showering, the paint was melted down the wall and the ceiling had water leak stains. The tv was like 13 years old and the picture was horrible. I feel like certain things can be looked over like a silly tv screen but others, I just can’t.

Well kept older hotel.

This a older hotel but we'll keep. The room was nicely done and bathroom looked to have been recently remodeled, but used more lighting in it. The carpets looked a little worn but are clean. The breakfast is nothing to fancy, the coffee is very good. It is quiet and a little of the interstate, but that not a bad thing. We will most definitely stay again.

The heater was noisy and the mattress sunk in the middle.

Wished I hadn’t booked this hotel.

It needed a lot of upgrades. the room furniture was old, the windows were so old that you had to keep the curtains closed to keep out the cold air. There was plenty of really warm water but it wasn’t really hot. there wasn’t a coffee pot in the room. We booked a queen deluxe room but the bed felt more like a full size than a queen. No extra towels, pillows or blankets. The room was set up so that the only way you could watch TV was from the bed, there was no Channel guide on the TV nor one written down you could review. The pillows were tiny. All in all it wasn’t a very good room. The “ breakfast” was a measly few pastries, bananas and apple’s, yogurt, toast, two kid’s cereals and unrefrigerated milk. As I was checking out I needed to bring my luggage to my vehicles and as I passed through the lobby the desk clerk asked if I was checking out and I said yes and I’d be right back,two minutes later I go back to the check out counter and she’s gone, a note saying returning soon. I wanted a receipt but had a funeral to attend so I had to leave. She couldn’t have waited ?

The room was clean and in good condition

Myself & 3 other couples staying w/ us were told we could check in 1-2 hrs early but when we arrived the staff said no & we would have pay extra for that or wait until 30 mins before check in. We specifically asked bc we had a wedding to attend and we’re coming from out of town. Being told yes and then trying to charge us all extra when we show up is bad customer service, dishonest and rude.

I have nothing to say about whati didn't like. It was amazing I will always stay there whenever I am on a trip to Albany.

I am from Rotterdam. Remembering this property, this was such a MAJOR disapponitment!!!!!

Super clean bathroom and plenty of towels. Nice pastries in morning but pitiful offerings for breakfast. Office staff and chambermaids were very nice.

Had to vist the office about 6 times because keys did not work for room. Sound on TV kept cutting out. Poor lighting on second floor. Large gouges in walls which need to be repaired. Inaccessible outlets to plug in computers, etc, other than bathroom. Stains in rugs. HORRIBLE BEDS!!!!

Served it’s purpose.

I went for a funeral, spent less than 10 hours in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable
