Disappointing.

The location was convenient and the pool area was charming in a rustic sort of way. Shampoo and conditioner were nicer than average.

Rooms were not as represented in pictures. Dim lighting. Fridge froze our food. Breakfast was sub-par, whole feel of the place was old and grimy. Worst of all, there were BEDBUGS we discovered after we woke, and the hotel under-reacted when we reported them and did nothing to compensate us.

Nice clean place, great breakfast, good location to attractions and walking distance to downtown.

Our room was very cozy and was close to the pool and hot tub. The staff all were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the entire place including our room was very clean. The town is a fun place to explore and of course so many attractions around. Will definitely stay there again!!!

Nice place to stay. Enjoyed the town, hot breakfast, and additional seating areas to hang out.

Hot breakfast, spacious rooms, nice pool, nice outdoor patios, gift shop with nice items, front desk staff were kind and accommodating.

Offer waffles for breakfast. Fridge in room froze our food. More accessible outlets in room. Housekeeping staff was rude when we asked for some trash bags and extra towels.

Solid 3 stars. Great location and staff

A solid 3 star hotel. The location is great for the surrounding attractions. Parking is adequate, easily accessible and well lit at night. As for the room, it was clean and ready. Breakfast is the free standard continental. Egg, sausage, potatoes, toast and cereals. Everything as expected but it was a Sunday. Everything looked and tasted good. The coffee was hot and pretty good. If not for the mattresses we may give it another chance when in the area again.

The first issue was the A and B buildings are not accessible internally from the foyer after checking in. It was pouring rain and we had to walk through it with our luggage. I didn't mind since it’s just rain and my luggage is waterproof. The rest of my group was unhappy for getting wet. The mattresses were in major need of replacing. I think they are just springs and covering, no padding at all. So we slept on top of the comforters for some padding. The shower was hot and strong but the shower head needed descaling. It sprayed in random directions from several of the holes. Breakfast on Monday was not good. The eggs were "juicy" and looked like they were not yet done. The sausage links, now patties were rubbery. The potatoes looked uncooked but were steaming. We didn't touch them.

Breakfast was ok reviews said better Swimming pools were good especially the outside .was a lovely day and quiet.

A hotel of that size should have a restraunt or at least a bar .
