The maintenance man was new to the property and was so busy Everytime I saw him. I had an issue with my air conditioner and thought I would never get it fixed due to him being so busy. He not only fit me into his unbelievable busy schedule but he also let me use his air conditioner from his own room. He wasn't able to fix mine but gave up his own for over a week so I would be comfortable. I saw him on multiple occasions interacting with the kids in the courtyard and also observed him handling some sticky situations with some troubled guest. His professionalism and patience was out of this world. If hotels or all businesses had employees like Joe the maintenance man. People would come again and again and look past some small issues. Thank you Joe for all you did for me and always doing it with a smile.

No laundry facilities, a lot of minor maintenance issues, I was really shocked when I saw the front desk clerk off duty behind the counter with no shirt on, he's a big guy.

It was horrible. Smells bad A lot of homeless persons around Not clean at all. We stayed a couple hours and we decided to check out. It wasn't a good place to sleep

There were no blankets on the bed the toilet did not flush and there was no toilet paper or remote for TV. Advised staff we needed these items twice and never received them. Extremely regretful I chose to stay there.

Staff and tenants are of concern due to Street drugs However my week long stay was cut short after one night because I have a Disability that requires a medical marijuana prescription And medical marijuana is not allowed on the property but other drug use are obviously Used and sold there.

Uh......well let's see... Oh, I was able to park pretty close to the room I was given.

I paid for king size bed but when I got there I was placed into a room with a queen size bed apparently their systems didn't match the room numbers with the proper bed sizes. The staff lady was pretty nice though, so gave me another room right away, when I got there someone had just been inside to wipe it down (I could see the wet marks drying) and they used the soap and left it on the sink and did not put out clean soap for me, luckily I had my own) the trash can had trash in it still... that's a hell no during a pandemic right?? The towels felt and look like something that came from the Goodwill, some actually had stains on them, gross 😝, there was only one working plug in the wall for the microwave, coffee maker, cable box and a light all jumbled up in one corner you can't plug everything in at once you have to pick and choose what you want to use. The lamp next to the bed did not have a plug to use at all and the socket by the bathroom was so loose my phone charger was literally hanging out of it, I had to kind of hold it just so in order for it to charge. If I were you I'd keep looking. One good choice in Tucson is the 3Palms on Oracle, its affordable through booking.com and way nicer, they serve real breakfast items like waffles, real fruit, eggs, beacon, sausage, toast, yogurt etc... and some rooms even have a full sized kitchen with dishes, microwave and a separate living room with a pull out sofa bed for under 90.00 bucks
