Nice hotel but Bring your own towles and do not expect customer service

Clean and quiet in a nice location

I had two rooms which in the reservation said would have 2 beds and fold out couch. There was no couch . The facility had no towels , my son’s room had no towels and my room only had two. Two towels for 5 guest. Not to mention the staff was rude when I did not understand why they had no towels . The included breakfast was very limited but it was there . Also my sons room had no screen ion the 2nd story window which he Through would be fun to sit on the roof and he did. Also his rooms ac was broken leaving him and his friend freezing cold.

Let’s say it was ok .

The bed was nice , and I liked the showers .

I didn’t like the fact , that it was noisy next door to me or upstairs . It was all night and our cards didn’t work everytime we tried to get into our room . We had to get new cards each time for 5 days straight .

Booked for 3 nights. We would not have stayed even the fist night had we not had car trouble.

The location was fine & staff friendly enough.

Was dirty & smelled bad. The carpet was disgusting. The indoor pool was closed & has been for 6 months or more. Even the American flag displayed out front was a faded mess. Really would not recommend.

I didn’t stay

I didn’t stay that night due to excessive noise and I thought I would have been refunded the money immediately. I went up stairs and immediately came back down because I had issues with my key and couldn’t unlock the door.

The owner was extremely nice but it was a biker club set up in front of the entrance. I knew I wouldn’t be able to receive adequate rest

minutes after check in i do a quick inspection I discovered a destroyed hair dryer holes in the wall I reported to the personal in charge and still they did not return my deposit.

I would have rathered stayed somewhere else.

The staff was courteous.

The suite was dirty and the furniture was extremely worn out. There were tears and rips in the sofa cushions. There was a chunk of the cushion missing from the desk chair in room 308. It definitely wasn’t what I expected for the cost!

The price

The first room that I was giving. The bed wasn't made up. Then about 11:30 pm someone decided to make the fire alarm go off. Not what I needed after driving 10 hours from my home in Florida.

The stay was affordable enough to return.

The suite was spacious. Parking and location were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The furniture was very worn and dirty. The sleeper couch still had very used sheets and blanket. The whole room smelled like cat urine. The toilet leaked a puddle. Chunks of food left under the refrigerator, things left behind the dresser, and a broken off prong was stuck in one of the sockets I went to plug my charger in to,
