Positive experience despite the gravity of the circumstances of our visit.

My spouse and I were in Raleigh because my mother was going into hospice care and was expected to pass shortly after we arrived. However, we wound up staying for two weeks. The hotel staff was very accomodating as we had to continually extend our stay. Despite the near capacity status of the hotel, we were allowed to stay in the same room. The free hot breakfasts were a bonus and the hotel was located near the highways and businesses we had to frequent. The staff was always friendly and greeted us when we came down stairs and when we left. I cannot say enough good things about Star, Aaron, Brandon, Ian, Catherine, Bridget, the hotel engineer and the other front desk gentleman whose name I did not get. The hospitality team was always friendly and helpful as well.

I have no complaints except a vending machine for snacks might have been convenient.

Coffee in dining location would have been easier to access. Had to go around reception to get coffee to have with breakfast. A little odd.

It was decent . But could have been better.

I was tolerable. Im honestly just not use to hotels . But it was not as bad as i was expecting it to be . It could have been way better .

The sheets were dirty. Towels had hair stuck to them . The side table had black dirt under the glass. My window shade would not work so it stayed down the entire stay when i had a top floor room and view .

Alright Stay

The room was specious. Cable/TV good size. The breakfast varied from day to day of the four mornings, however, there was not enough forks and the coffee was incredibly weak.

Was suprised how poor it was, to be a Hyatt Hotel

It was a very brief stay, but for the most part very pleasant , great customer service.

The sink was not located in the bathroom area, the lack of space on the center console between the beds.

Nice location EV charging stations on site, decent breakfast. Cable in room, which is spacious and full of amenities. Beds were comfy and a closet for luggage. It was also nice and quiet during my visit.

There were ladybugs all over the heater, but mostly the fixtures hadn't been dusted in a while. A concern for those with allergies. Room was spacious, beds were comfy, couch needed steam cleaning though. A little more attention to detail will make it a very nice place to stay.

Great facility, extremely rude staff!

The location to PNC Arena and all the restaurants we love, was great!

The front desk staff was extremely snarky and rude. This was our 2nd stay there and they were rude the first time but we chalked it up to maybe they were having a bad day, but they were even worse this time. Also insisting we pay $15 extra dollars to check in at 2:30 instead of 3. With those attitudes, we won't be staying there again. I'd rather stay someplace a little more expensive, then to be treated so rudely.

It was dirty. The staff wasn’t very friendly. Rooms are very dated and uncomfortable.

Stay was adequate would stay there again.

Close proximity to training center, restaurants and shopping! Breakfast was awesome and the staff was amazing, very pleasant and helpful.

Carpet needs to be cleaned and updated to dual vanities. Bed should be quiet, you should be able to move without bed making noise.

needed extra plllows not one available as a result my wife who has a back problem did not have a good night… not one extra in the whole hotel hard to believe!!!!
