Great hotel Friendly environment

Town House Inn is like a cozy oasis right off I-55, and what's great is there are plenty of food options within walking distance. It's super clean and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep after enjoying a meal nearby. The rooms are comfy and have everything you need, like coffee makers and free toiletries. Plus, the staff is really friendly and helpful. If you want a relaxing place to stay with lots of food choices nearby, Town House Inn is the spot for you!

Ok for the prices

The price

The front door needs to be seal with the rubber door black seal. You can see the outside when the door is locked.so I put a roll of toilet paper around the door to blocked any air coming in or out.

Very poor

The bed was nice.

You couldn't take a shower there was not any water pressure it was Luke leaving your water at home dripping endearing bad weather to keep it from freezing no pressure at all.

it was dirty, had to clean the bathtub to even take a shower and I wouldn’t dare use the towels they looked like they was picked up off the floor and put bk on the shelf! blow dryer didn’t work light over sink don’t work.

Very old building could see thru the woodwork of the door to the outside. I didn't feel safe. The bedding was poor.. There weren't any blankets on the bed. It was a non smoking room with ash trays and burn holes in the bedspread. Smelled like heavy scent to cover other smells.

Save your money and stay elsewhere

Location

The room had a terrible overwhelming odor. Management said it would go away after the air came on. Overwhelming odor remained. They have a disgustingly dirty red carpet in the room. Dirt, plastic utensils and who knows what else in the carpet. They must’ve dumped a gallon of chemical cleaner on it to attempt to mask whatever is in the carpet. No smoking facility but the patrons stood outside their doors and in the parking lot constantly smoking and pitching their cigarette butts on the pavement and walkways. WiFi? Wasn’t aware they had it. The entry door had been forced at one time and poorly replaced, large gaps around the door. You’re only allowed two bath towels, if you need any more, you have to bring them your towel. It appeared that they have long term renters as they had taken up grilling in front of their doors in the walkways. The TV is new, if you can figure out how to link it to their service. Was scheduled to stay two nights but decided to cut out losses and leave early. We had terrible sinus congestion and nausea from the odor in the room. Late night cars coming and going. Groups of people loitering around their cars late at night. One could only surmise what transactions occurred. Stay away from this dive.

Very good

Spacious room setting. Big bed. Friendly staff. It was quiet for the most part & no major disturbances. Very good for the price.

Bathroom toilet seemed to not flush right. Kind of got loud outside after dark at times but other than that it was good for the price.

Disappointing

Bed very comfortable. Sheets and towels very clean.

Did not feel safe. Gang of kids gathered in parking lot. Very narrow steps to second floor and they were rusted.

Lady at the office was super nice. Bed was comfortable.

Room smelled terrible, almost a cat urine scent. Was a huge crack over the door so a couple of bugs got in. Loud cars flying up and down the strip. Stained and old furniture. Pillows smelled like poop, literally. Bathroom was super tiny. It was nowhere near worth $85 for a night.
