the bed was too soft but it sufficed for the night

it was in disrepair, there was unfinished drywall mud on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom and some chips on the tub, the rusted metal was exposed. the door wouldn’t lock and it looked like someone had forced it open with a pry bar.

Not good

I'm writing a new review because the one I just posted and just deleted was meant for the one I stayed at a night later. Everything was fine and the person at the desk was especially friendly and helpful. Thank you for a good night's stay.!

location

dirty carpets in room, hallway and stairs, and dirty light flips and around bathtub and baseboards. then walls and I think staff was staying in the room next door. their door was partially open, loud yelling at night and people making noise in the halls, yet only two vehicles parked in parking lot. the room got too hot but when we turned down the temp, it became freezing. the worst sleep of my life. the front desk guy was unfriendly and was outside smoking near the front door every time we went out and returned.

The location was good for where we needed to go.

We were in a non smoking area and room. People were smoking in their rooms. not just cigarettes, but marijuana as well, that waifed in the hallway. We reported it and the attendant said that he had them leave and sprayed. Our room had a smoked in smell with that scent of the spray as well. No smoking should mean no smoking. and not spraying it prior to non smoking people coming to stay.

Calm environment

Cigarette smell was disturbing Heater needed to be rest in the middle of night to work properly!

the location is great stores within walking distance and expressway is right there and it’s quiet

the people in the room above us were loud all Saturday night into Sunday morning blasting music stomping I asked them to quiet down and they didn’t I went to the front desk and he said he would take care of it but didn’t

Not much but the price

Our heater didn’t work right, it either got too hot or you had to shut it off and it got too cold. The TV didn’t work right, the background noise of what you were watching drowned out what the people were saying. You could hear the expressway all night long.

Refrigerator was rusty and didn’t work. Shabby overall appearance. No breakfast as advertised. Lots of noise above our room until midnight.

Facility needed some upgrades

it was clean and everything worked well. Bed was fine, bathroom fine but just a little sink area. Fridge and microwave worked well. There were a couple breakfast items, banana and pastries, muffin, milk and juice. We were just there one night so the stay was good for what we needed.

The room is a little dated, but it was clean and it was a good value for us. Maybe a couple more breakfast items would be nice. Seems everything has scaled back since Covid.
