Horrible

I still dont have my money back for the cancellation We booted this for the pool for our child because we do not gamble. The pool kicks kids out of the pool area at 6 p.m.

Very dirty carpet needs upgrading

I hate the smell of cigarette smoke having to buy 2 extra swim bands for our 3 rooms which had 4 people in them Seems like everybody wants to charge a resort fee which I think is also excessive---We have 5 kids and 2 grandkids on our family get a way

Terrible customer service, run down facility, don't waste your time or money....

We had traveled all day to get to this property. Bed was fairly comfortable.

We reserved a room with a king size bed at a certain price. Upon arrival we were informed by a rude desk clerk that our reservation did not mean that we would get that room and that those king rooms were in fact sold out. We settled for a double queen room but were charged a higher rate. This was a Wednesday night and I seriously doubt that king rooms were sold out. This is a dishonest practice to make a few extra bucks and we won't be back. In fact we are wondering at this point why Booking does business with them. I feel we're due difference in the room rate back......

My group will be staying at a different place for 'Cruising the Coast' 2023.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The lady who checked us in was very nice. Not having to wear the useless masks was a plus!

The only way to the elevator to get to our room was through cigarette smoke. The non-smoking casino tables were through cigarette smoke, but unmanned. There was no reserved parking for hotel guests, and we had to park almost to the rv park. One of our 3 nights, the valet service wasn't even available to hotel guests, with a full parking lot. The guy at the desk was rude when we suggested reserved parking for hotel guests. Room was way over priced!

The bed was clean, comfortable.

Bathroom floor was dirty looked like it needed a sweep & mop. The sofa and chair had stains on cushions and arm rest. Kept my husband ID for luggage cart use. If you are planning to leave for any reason you cannot drive without license. Never stay on Tuesday no other restaurants open but 1. Valet was closed.

Clean room and friendly staff.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. The pool and lazy river are enjoyable.

The poolside bar was not open during the weekdays, they do not have valet parking Monday and Tuesday once summer is over. The smell of smoke from the time you enter is gross.

We wanted to leave as soon as possible to breathe!

Breakfast was mediocre…nothing special and mostly cold. Location was terrible( through all the smoke and then exposed to all the rising smoke)

Location… I was only using hotel facilities and not the casino… it was a huge mistake I made to not search for a more suitable hotel while we attended a wedding
