The room itself was clean. The staff was responsive to needs. The basics are there.
The exterior needs a facelift and to be cleaner like walkways and rear windows. Replace items that are used.

My husband & I have stayed at many motels/hotels from the bottom of California to Washington, this is by far on our top 5 places to stay! Rooms are SUPER clean, beds are EXTREMELY comfortable, the owner is very friendly & sweet! They even have a food truck on site, with reasonable prices & good food, including burgers. Also love the little decorations, makes it very home like & cozy, through rugs as well! Also has a really cute out door setting with tables and chairs, BBQ etc Just all around very nice place!! Definitely will be staying again!

Property had an easy layout, everything was clean and nicely kept, well-cared for. Had a little coffee maker in the room and easy to use thermostat. The room was spacious. The lady in the office was very kind and friendly, offered good suggestions for local restaurants. I would have stayed for longer. May have to return in the spring or summer to see Crater Lake. The property has a BBQ, picnic area, and sitting area out front which I’m sure is nice to use in good weather.
Some road noise, but it is to be expected due to the highway right there.

Small cozy room, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, clean towels and linens, it was quiet despite being on the road. Looks like the photo.

I loved the creative artistic paint job lol~ I also loved the tasteful furnishings and the vase with the touch of fall. When I arrived I asked for a quiet room and the owner gave me the key to #10 and it was perfect for me! It had a neighborhood feel toward the back of the property. I loved the large windows that I could open because I love lots of fresh air!!!
I really can't think of anything except the coffee was not that good--everything else was perfect.

Everything was great, staff was friendly and any thing we needed they helped with. we even had a bar-b-q in the parking lot!

The room was very nice and cozy, beautiful views and could hear a ton of frogs at night and there were owls, deer, etc.
Was very mistreated, attitude, discriminated against me because of my toddler. They wanted to inspect the room for damage, they didn’t want my son looking out the window, they asked us to leave and they were going to call the sheriff on us. They even said I ruined their beds! The lady from the front office kept walking by my room at night and trying to listen thru the front window, gave me dirty looks when I went to my car.

Very very clean. Everything seemed new. Old fashioned motel...One story air conditioner was quite & efficient. LP flooring no carpeting! That was great! Everyone was very friendly.

We were very impressed with the little things that they thought about like a clock radio with outlets! The room was very nicely furnished and very clean and up to date. Easy drive from Crater Lake.
It is very close to a main road so it was a little noisy. We turned on the air conditioning and drowned it out. The only real negative was the smoke from the fires but that was obviously not their fault!

Beds were comfortable I love the cleanliness of it the fact that it had a microwave and a refrigerator. We sat on the swing outside and enjoyed a glass of wine that we brought with us it was lovely
We were looking for a bargain and thought it probably wouldn't be very nice but it was perfect spotlessly clean surrounding area was comfortable to sit outside.

The Maple Leaf is run by a charming couple in the quiet village of Shady Cove. It is a small place so guests aren't bumping into each other or fighting over parking spaces. It is about the closest motel to Crater Lake - convenient.

A lot of traffic noise, but can’t be helped because of it’s location, and there was no better location in town. Noise didn’t bother us at night, because the AC was good white noise

Large room, large bathroom, comfortable bed, very clean, friendly staff, great WiFi, and all at a really great price
On the outside, the place doesn't look too appealing but don't judge a book by its cocer
