Location!!! The bar staff were very attentive and friendly. The place is cosy. It has the kitchen facility

Nice but a lot of hidden fees

Very nice place, staff was excellent.

They upcharged me to use the pool. No where does it say that the pool is only available for certain rooms. When I asked to use the pool they up charged me $50 per day. Also they up charged me $20 per day for parking.

Awful whenever stay there again

Comfortable stay in a clean and comfy room with a kitchen and clean inviting pool.

We were pleased with how close the beach, restaurants, and amenities were. The kitchen was well supplied. We were pleased to be able to buy a few groceries and use the kitchen to make a few things for ourselves to be comfortable. The beach was clean, secure and well maintained. It was delightful to use the pool. Noise settled down around 11 and that is reasonable. The service man who came to adjust our tv was prompt, polite and resolved our problem. The housekeeping team worked hard and was attentive. We were grateful to check in early. Thank you to the office staff for allowing us to leave our luggage behind the desk and take a stroll until our room was ready and after check out until we left for the airport. We also thank them for printing out our boarding passes. Perhaps the hotel could rent beach chairs or umbrellas, at a more reasonable price, to their guests.

While the a/c did a great job it was rather loud.

it was nice to breeze in and out of our room as we enjoyed everything the Broadwalk had to offer.

Close to the beach, laid back, quiet, easily accessible room with an outdoor table for morning coffee.

My best advice is stay at a different place avoid this place.

The only thing that went well was I was able to secure another hotel in the area.

The sign on the door says that check in is until 10:00 p.m., nobody was there when I got there at 8:51. There was a note on the door to call a number, I did. I could not get into the lockbox so the girl had to come get me a key to my room. It took her over 30 minutes to get there. She told me that I would have to pay for that night, I could not get a refund for that night. I went the next morning to check out, the room smelled of mold and it was so damp in the room the sheets were damp. If you have allergies or asthma don't stay at this hotel.

Location to Beach was Awesome

The location was amazing for beach access. only steps away. We enjoyed our stay. They do charge a hefty deposit and parking fee per night. However still would book again!

everything else. No one on duty after 11 so we had to check ourselves in as hotel closed. Dubious crowd mingling outside rooms. Room not as pictured. Bedsold/lumpy. Room smelled terrible. Carpet dirty.

Location and Parking

The rooms were Dirty and OMG smelled so Moldy I called the front desk and they came and sprayed something but it didn't last. I had a hard time sleeping. It's a shame because with a little TLC it could be really nice.

Superb

The location and intimate feel of the place was excellent. Truly, I felt as if I had moved Hollywood for a week and found great apartment!

The unit had a slightly damp smell. Due to your wonderful location near the ocean, we may have to live with that.
