Clean, nice location, excellent breakfast and staff.

First of all Northampton is a fun city to explore and has some beautiful biking paths. It was a nice place to stop on the way towards our final destination. This hotel was in a great location easily able to walk to town and explore. The hotel was nice and clean with a full breakfast. The staff, as well, were helpful and sweet. I had paid for the hotel through booking.com but their system did not fully register this and they patiently worked with me to figure out the issue. I also liked the fitness center - a bit bigger than most hotel gyms and I always appreciate when they have dumbbells - not a given with many hotels). And again, very clean which is always the most important part of a hotel for me. We also had a gorgeous view of some mountains from our window and we watched the sun set.

My only complaint is that the room was a bit small for the price. I felt a bit cramped. For one night it was ok but multiple nights could get annoying.

no safe, had to lock my valuables in the car each day, it was terrible

they could not provide us with a king bed that I booked, they also let us know the reason. was because we booked through booking.com

jut meeting a friend for a fun night out, had a nice time knowing that the hotel was close to all the city had to offer

The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. Mini fridge in room.

They don’t offer WiFi, except for premium members. There wasn’t much cell service, so WiFi would have been nice. Also, the hangers they provide can’t actually be hung up anywhere outside the closet (included the dress/suit pole) because of the anti-theft design. Made it impossible to steam suits / dress.

Would stay here again.

There was a good amount of space in room; bed was comfortable; shower was good; microwave/fridge; sizable tv; breakfast was decent; staff we're great.

I would love firmer pillow options and tvs do not allow you to add a drive/device.

The rooms were pretty small & there was nothing around, except a liquor store.

The stay was almost perfect and the staff was excellent - friendly and helpful.

it was clean, room was up to date, a/c was great, loved that it had Netflix and Amazon prime. Breakfast was good.

we went in the pool on our first day and it was kind of gross. second day it was closed.

Very disappointing

Liked a couple things, but totally outweighed by elevator situation and other problems.

Having two elevators is nice. Bad that BOTH WERE OUT OF SERVICE for my entire stay, and no ice on my floor. Lots of climbing every day. Basically the same items at breakfast every day... bad if you don't want cheese in your eggs. Bad & slow TV interface. Breakfast not always ready at start time. WET TOILET PAPER on arrival! And finally, this was, by far, the most expensive stay I've ever had.
