I wouldn’t stay there again!

The proximity to the beach.

It was So run down, the refrigerator was superglued together and wouldn’t stay shut. The walls were paper thin and all of the linens and furniture were worn out.

We like the area but we probably won't stay here again.

It was close to everything and parking was easy. The staff were nice

The room/condo was very out dated. There was missing trim in the kitchen area and nails sticking out of the baseboards in the main bedroom. Also we did not know there was only one shower in the unit but two bathrooms. The bed in the main bedroom was so uncomfortable. The furniture was very old and the chairs were falling apart and dirty.

Exceptional

The room was exceptionally clean. Being someone with allergies, it was wonderful to know that someone deep cleaned the room. I will be staying there again. They also have a nice small playground with swings. I really liked the game room. I plan on return with the grand-kids and if the weather is not so nice, the kids would have fun here as well. The staff was great. Everyone i met was eager to assist.

Our family's stay was amazing and we are planning to return to the polynesian resort in the summer.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and the rooms were bigger than I expected.

the convenience of the bottom floor room woth sliding doors. the staff was amazing as always. we have a wonderful experience at the Polynesian and have stayed here for the last 3 years for a convention.

to small of a garbage can in the kitchen for a 2 bedroom apartment is all I can come up with because we really did experience great service and a clean beautiful room.

Won't be staying again

The location to the beach, and the ease of access to be able to let our dog outside.

Our room had no hot water. 2 minutes after getting in the shower the water turned ice cold. I called the front desk and they said the maintenance man is gone, and that they sometimes get complaints because the room I'm in has a small water heater that's shared with another room. So I should "wait 20 minutes and try again". So I did, same thing. I should have been discounted for the lack of hot water. It was impossible to take a shower, might as well hopped in the ocean. Our bedframe felt like it was broken. And the pool and hot tub area are a bit outdated and needed a better clean. But at least the shower next to the hottub had hot water, you may want to try that if you need a real shower.

If I book a room 1 night I get a fire log. We booked a room for 4 nights, we should get fire log for each night we book a room.

Friendly staff, poor room maintenance.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Room was in very poor condition. The carpet had many stains and loose fibers. Door to bedroom would not close completely. Bathroom only had two bath towels. Room had a musty odor, either from mold or it had been closed up for weeks.
