Super 8 horror

The ladies that ran the desk was really nice, helpful and friendly

That room smelled like weed and dog urine the microwave and refrigerator was dirty took a shower the tub wouldn't drain the price was way too much for the quality of the room

Do Not Stay Here

The woman at the front desk was very friendly

We ended up not staying. They gave us a refund and we went to a different hotel. There were homeless people living in the parking lot. The room smelled of weed so bad you couldn't breathe and when we pulled the blankets back bugs crawled out if the bed. All the bedding was stained. The room was horrible

Awful, do not book this place.

There was literally nothing that I enjoyed about this place. The entire experience was just horrible. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left and went somewhere else to stay for the night. Worst room I have ever stayed in by far.

As soon as you walk in it smells like a nasty cigarette. There were also cigarette burns in the sheets and on the floor. I was half asleep with my friend and we notice a ROACH on the wall. DISGUSTING!! Then later on he discovered MORE roaches all over the toilet.

Walked in, saw bugs and smelled the room, then walked out

Candy at the desk was nice

Roaches in the bathroom, visible. Adult bedd bugs on the new mattress. The room smelled really bad. The blankets was stained. The room just appeared dirty. The maintenance man seemed not to care or believe that the room had bugs, even when they were actually visible.

Not for a family on vacation, it may be ok if you’re working on the pipeline or road and just need a quick spot to rest.

Great location, convenient and close to other stores. The staff was very polite and friendly.

The linens were filthy. We asked for some more pillow cases and we never got them. The towels were stained very bad. The room smelt really bad as well.

Look out for bugs at super 8 in Powell Tennessee BED BUG INFESTATION

Checking in was a treat staff kind and helpful

After being there a couple hours I realized that the room is infested with bed bugs and brought it to the night clerks attention. Showed him two of the bugs in person and others that I had filmed on my camera. Had no other lodging to put me, I immediately checked out and contacted management the next morning who is denying a bug issues and refuses to refund my money

There was at least a bathroom in there

The sheets had cigarette hole Burns in them the towels were stained up and dirty the tub itself was dirty we had adjoining room that someone kept trying to get into the smell of the room was horrible the pillows were gross and nasty there were balls of hair on the couch wasn't very clean very unsanitary

was walking distance to a restaurant decent price for a one night stay pool was nice but a bit cloudy

I had a wheelchair on the back of vehicle one entrance was a very steep hill with a dip at the bottom causing my carrier to scrape and the other entrance was on a very bumpy road. The pool was cloudy but was other wise ok. Tried to take a shower hit water worked fine in bath but once you turned shower on it would only do cold water. Fridge was iced over but didn't need much room for a night.

Tphe hotel was unclean, had cast off linen and the stay was generally unpleasant

The hotel had stained sheets and towels. It needed cleaning and updating. It smelled like stale smoke. The stay was over all unpleasant

Location was just off the highway, easy to get to.

The hotel has not been maintained. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but had clearly been recently smoked in. The bleach smell was so strong it burned our noses. The floor was not vacuumed. The furniture was dusty & dirty. The bathroom was cleaner than the rest of the room but I wouldn't dream of showering there. We had concerns about the residents and the safety of our stuff. This was not a place I would even consider staying at again. It was bad.
