the AC is too loud and the fridge makes a weird sound all the time.

The suite was very spacious. The staff was very accommodating.

There was a problem with the heat when we arrived but it was addressed by staff immediately.

i am 6’6” 250 and found the beds to be a little uncomfortable. my wife is petite and said they were good, but felt a little old to me

Great location, cozy, great breakfast, but could use an update

Nice hotel for a winter visit. Enjoyed a comfortable king bed, room with fireplace, jet tub, and sun porch. Everything was worn though clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room temperature was easy to adjust up and down. Water temp and pressure nice. Walkable to all of downtown. Parking was easy. Breakfast was very good but we had to walk from the annex building in the cold to get there. Just something to be aware of. Enjoyed having a fireplace in the room b/c the first day was 20s and high winds. Nice to warm up. In room Keurig cups with Starbucks coffee but powdered creamer.

The building and rooms and furniture are not well maintained. Elevator was out, which could be a problem for guests. Comes with a fridge but was so noisy we unplugged it while we were there.

Great location! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I could not have asked for a better experience with the wonderful staff. The complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious and they had a great selection of food options. I would recommend checking them out if you’re in the area.

Location was perfect, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Room was nice and spacious, but beds were a tad too firm and had a stain on the white blanket, looked like a fruit punch stain. Clean but looked somewhat outdated and had a little smell of mildew/mold but it quickly went away after the first night, thank goodness. Also the lighted mirror was awesome, I ended up ordering one from Amazon for home!

Elevator was broke, pool was not operating and the price was just a little high for the place. But overall it was nice. We enjoyed our time.

Size of the room and bathroom

The pool was closed for renovation wich nobody told. Us when we checked in. The staff seemed annoyed that we were there to check in. We were not told that we were in the annex building and the elevator was broken. The stairs smelled of cat pee, the hallway ceiling leading to the room has very visible water damage.

A great place to stay!

Beautiful place, great location, spacious room, fire pit nice, comfortable bed.

Breakfast menu needs to alway have grits for us southern folks. Bacon was never served. Food served was good!

Great stay, have stayed here in the past and plan on returning in the future.

Location is wonderful, in the heart of Blowing Rock. Breakfast is made daily, and is a very nice option for free.
