front desk was digital at times even while the front desk service was in the back room hearing you need help they wouldn’t come until I talked to the digital front desk phones in room didn’t work no room service or assistance not tell you spoke to the digital robot downstairs smh terrible

Room was great a long with the shower room. Good locations to all places to eat.

Breakfast was a bust. No extra effort by staff by what they provided. Manger wasn't so pleasant at check in. Had to request towels on the third day. Still have Covid restriction in place to clean your room.

I will take my business elsewhere in the furture

Not one thing. After the rude lady told me we could not have a party after I paid and booked two room I was miffed from then on. ALL kids were asleep by 10pm. There was an adult party withal least a 24 pack of beer but no one cares about adults getting rowdy and loud. Iron moms drinking purple toad wine and another 9 plus kids in the swimming area as we were about to leave. Again, did these people get the rude speech? By the way, I could hear othe people as they were walking up and down the hall or when I was walking in the hall. Apparently they did not get the same noise level policy I received.

Everything, I was miffed when I was met with we don't allow parties here. There is nothing in the policy that states no parties.

The beds were very comfortable. The shower was roomy enough and I appreciated the detachable shower head. The breakfast was delicious. I wasn't expecting a spread. I appreciated that there was veteran parking.

We were impressed..

We were actually surprised at the quality of the hotel.. it was very clean, located just off the highway with a number of restaurants and extremely reasonable rates.

Beds were a tad stiff for our liking. But beds are personal choices.

Clean . pleasant people easy check in. Good breakfast

Shower leaked onto hall. Fill bathroom 1" deep. Used all towels. No service staff to help clean up mess. Had to clean ourselves
