Will never stay there again

Rooms were comfortable and clean

Staff was rude, no one at front desk when u check in have to pick up the phone call multiple times to get someone to come up to front desk, went outside to smoke at 530 in the morning and was locked out of our room with our 2 kids sleeping had to use the phone at the front desk to call numerous times to get someone up front and then they didn’t even make us a new room card/key to get in the room the women couldn’t even speak English just used the house keeper key to let us in, zero effort on their part for the breakfast syrup was empty for waffles, waffle batter was basically empty the place just isn’t was it used to be I’ll never stay there again the gal that did let us in our room was completely rude

Convenient comfortable accommodation

convenient location off highway and near nice gas station. Nice fairly modern building. Good continental breakfast.

Bad

The staff refused to check me in with the credit card used by booking.com. They said the card would not run but others used the card the next day just fine. The hotel refused to accept cash so I had to waite out the storm in the parking lot across town.

Was ok, not great.

Night clerk was super nice and personable as well as the young lady cleaning the rooms. Room was nice

Breakfast was not good. Eggs were cold and seemed to be sitting in water. Biscuit and gravy ok but barely warm. 2nd morning only spoonful of eggs and 3 or 4 pieces of bacon. Went without and this was about 8am each morning.

It was comfortable, I slept good and was able to work on my homework on my laptop.

The room was so clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and the coffee was good too!!

The selection of warm breakfast food was not much but I do love the waffles.

Short, but not so sweet.

It was OK . The room was clean.

Not enough breakfast prepared. Early on ran out of eggs and coffee. Had to be reminded that these were out. Person in charge didn't seem too concerned. Took a while to get them replaced.

The bed was perfect! Nice variety of pillows. Very clean. The doors shut softly so you don’t hear doors always shutting like most places. Very friendly staff.

We had a very nice, comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The manager was friendly and engaging to chat with. The location is very good, just off the interstate.

Breakfast area was small, right next to the check-in counter. The menu was therefore very limited.
