Disappointed

The property was beautiful. The restaurant had delicious food at dinner, it was very expensive though with few options.

The beds were very hard. The shower didn't have good pressure. The restaurant was very expensive without many options. Their breakfast was awful.

The only complaint we have was concerning the a/c. It was very warm and couldn’t get the temperature down to a comfo

It was very clean and the history of the property is very interesting. Staff is so nice and polite.

The room felt like a closet. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was around 12 by 15. That’s small

My wife and I were there for our anniversary and the hotel ruined the experience.

The room air conditioner didn’t work and the room temperature was about 74 degrease. The staff was not accommodating in resolving the issue at all. As a matter of fact, the issue was never resolved. Also the sheets on the bed were not changed during our two day stay

My daughter made our reservation so with that being said I thought it where gone be a nice size room I where very disappointed far that price I never been to a room that small far that price and it where our anniversary plus I am type 2 diabetes I didn’t have a refrigator to put my imslun

I don’t think I will come back.

The only thing I liked it was close to the beach.

The room was a lot smaller than I expected it, no microwave anywhere and the lights were blanking I am not sure what happened with that.

My room smelled like mold. The window ledge had lots of water then dripping on the floor. We moved to a new room, much better!

great can't wait to go back in june

The place was beautiful! I stayed on the third floor. the staff was aswesome. my husband is staying here for our 15th anniversary in june

the sink was tiny the fawcet was to big for it. we stayed on the third floor it was not as well taken care of on the terrace as it could have been

Disappointing

We loved the bar! They were so friendly and did little chat had great time even we had only one alcohol. Good service.

The room we got first wasn’t clean at all! It was like someone used it and didn’t clean after that and we got that messy room key. That’s crazy. We claimed about it and was told that we gonna get a better room, but the room we got was smaller than the first one. Bathroom sink was so tiny! There are two lights above the sink but one of them was out. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was pretty loud. There was no refrigerator! That was sad…. Somebody’s hairpin was on a floor….

Beautiful property. Great location, close to the casinos and downtown. Comfy bed and great shower.

It was absolutely beautiful and the staff was wonderful.

The window shades are not 100% light blocking. It will sneak around the edges and blind you when you least expect it in your sleep.

Loved the look and feel of the hotel. Will definitely be staying there again. The room was nice and clean. The staff was awesome and I think Destiny was the name of the young lady that checked me in. She was very friendly and welcoming

Didnt like the fact that the room said ocean view and that's why I picked that room. But the big beautiful trees were blocking that view and I couldn't see the ocean.

Biloxi outing

Loved the hotels ambiance, cleanliness and ellagance. What a beautiful building with so much history! The check in process was lovely and the views from the room were great.

The only thing that we didn't like was window treatments in the room let in to much light, also the TV needs to be up on the wall to low.
