Cute,quaint, loved the room and decor. It was clean and quiet.

Sometimes a toilet upgrade would be nice. They are old and don't flush well.

a night of hell

good location

Very noisy, very thin walls, you can hear everyone and everything. My family and I didn’t sleep well because the room next to us was having a party, loud noise went on until 3 am!! some guest of the party knocked on our door thought the party was being held in our room! We had to turn the heater/fan on to eliminate some of the noises! Lastly, breakfast buffet was horrible! the pastries were frozen, orange juice was very diluted with water, food were very cold. Breakfast started at 7:30 am and we arrived at 8 am!!! we paid over $300 for 1 night of hell! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff there was welcoming and friendly. They provided great service. The breakfast was simple yet delicious and filling. I would definitely come back here again!

Pleasant inn! Fantastic location!

Location was fantastic. Just a 3-4 minute walk from the Leavenworth shops and fun. Room was pleasant and clean.

Took awhile for the room to heat up but not bad.

- Location was easy walk into town centre - free round of mini golf included was great fun! - room was decent and comfy

A wonderful place to stay.

The breakfast was wonderful. Carol made the checking process easy and we even stayed an extra night. Everyone was friendly, attentive and helpful.

Very clean with an at home feel. Easy walk to all the shops along Front street. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

We left after only one night, instead of the two we had reserved.

The staff was very friendly

Very dated, the carpet was old and stained. caulking around the tub was cracked and missing. The jets in the tub were discolored a strange yellow color. The front door had two big holes in it that had been patched with maybe fiberglass but not paired over so you could see daylight out of it. Our room was very close to the road, like over the sidewalk close so you could hear everything outside. In the morning we didn’t have any hot water for a shower.

Overall the was wonderful, having breakfast included, just down the stairs was awesome!

Breakfast was good, nice variety.

The loft area was much warmer than the sitting area below, so adjusting the heater accordingly is a learning curve

Comfortable space and beds. Super friendly staff. Breakfast is just perfect for a light bite before heading out for the day. Lots of parking.

I would stay again

Cleanliness of room, location and a breakfast in the morning

Hot tub maintenance was unknown to staff, ie whether it is routinely cleaned and the location is an afterthought. The pool Is not operational In winter time…perhaps a fiberglass cover should be constructed so patrons could enjoy it in winter?
