Not worth the stay. The location was odd and not a hotel I would recommend.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The pool was big and front desk person named Patricia was a blessing. She was a complete sweetheart, remembered who I was and did whatever she could to assist me. If it weren't for Patricia my stay there would have been a disaster.

The location and food options were a deciding factor to leave. With a $400 a night average and my last night being over $500 I found it not worth it to stay our last night. I was extremely grateful the manager allowing our family to cut our stay one day shorter without penalty. I stayed at another hotel for that night at half the price and I was given complementary breakfast that was just as comforting as the kitchen food served at your hotel. My service for dinner on Friday night was not a pleasant experience. I saw other customers placing orders before me from their table even though I was there first, and I had to get up to order from the bar because the server never came back to my table after giving me a menu. My 8 year old daughter made a comment about finally when the drinks were coming. For the price a guest pays at the hotel, I would imagine there would be more staff to tend to the kitchen. There were four total parties at the restaurant.

Was great we will stay again in the future if we are in the area!

i liked that there was things for my little ones to o in the courtyard like mini golf, a large connect 4, jenga, the pool! they loved it.

A very nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff

Good location, and nice and clean rooms. What made our stay memorable was the hotel manager Geoffrey, who checked us in and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed

Beds were comfortable. Pool area looked great. Breakfast was pretty good. Good choices. Nice outside area to relax. Location is central to beach ( with a car) outlet mall, lego land, flower field's. Parking is good. Room was very clean.

It was cold and couldn't use the pool, bummer.

The room was still a little dirty when we checked in coffee grounds on the counter the fridge was not cold at all a lot of dressers including the fridge need painting it was all used and old. The ac was either cold or hot no in between walls are so thin you can hear ppl yelling next door at there kids

Just good enough

Good size room. Comfortable bed. Big TV. Fast WiFi. Nice bathroom. Easy to park.

Air conditioning in the room is horrible. It makes so much noise, it must be stopped all night to sleep. Breakfast is not a buffet (except weekends) and there is no continental breakfast.

I used to book with Hilton. I will never go back to Hilton. I hated their carpet rooms, yellow towels, strong odor right from entrance. holiday inn had the opposite of all these things. I would book with holiday again!

Superb

Location was a little far away from Legoland. Breakfast was good, not free like it said on Booking.com but hotel staff was kind enough to comp my son and my breakfast. Very cool that the children eat free with an adult meal regardless though.

Averaged out to $200/night for our stay which I thought was a little too high for the property being basically 20 minutes from a lot of stuff. But it was nice and I felt safe traveling as a young single mom with a young child.

overal Ok good location, noisy neighbors...

I was disappointed that I could not serve myself something quickly because I was on a tight schedule. I had to order off a menu and there were only two people taking orders one at the bar area and one other for the rest of the tables??? Unacceptable.

there was a rooftop fan above our room on the 3rd floor that vibrates the room around 3 am it finally started to turn off by 7 am all quiet yes I complained but moving to another room when you’ve completely unpacked and tired is sometimes too much just be advised if you are sensitive to noises which makes you unable to sleep be warned some of these rooms will be mechanically noisy

The whole environment is nice and very relaxing and has a lot to keep you busy.

i sat on the toilet and the seat just slipped right off and broke. I called down to the desk and the guy was pretty rude and said that maintenance and housekeeping won’t be available until 8am
