Good location, comfy beds, felt like a safe area

There was a mouse on the kitchen counter, photo shows mouse droppings in the kitchen, stove didn’t work, the bathroom and kitchen were dirty

Good value for money to have a shared kitchen and bathroom in New York. The streets around it feel slum-like.

It was really dirty, dangerous area, not comfy at all, so loud during the night. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Dirty and felt insecure

Excellent for the price. I had my own private room in a shared apartment. This was basic accommodation, but the the bed was very comfortable and the apartment itself was clean and supplied with toiletries and towels. The apartment was cleaned during my stay and an issue with a blocked toilet was dealt with promptly. Location wise, the Bowery may not be the prettiest place in New York but there are lots of bars and places to eat around and it is very convenient for getting uptown or downtown, or across to Brooklyn. This accommodation exceeded my expectations all round.

There wasn't really much natural light in the accommodation.

The price is fair.

The building has a very old and dirty, specially outside the apartment.
