Loved it.

Everything. I loved how everything was set up. It was lean everywhere and the toilets were clean.

Location

No fridge. Door to ice was locked with key. Mattress was Old and lumpy. Room door had to be slammed for it to latch.

I don’t mind paying the price of a 4-star hotel, but I would like the price to match the quality of the hotel.

The location was good in relation to where I needed to be.

Not all of the electric sockets worked. Also, I was guaranteed one price on Booking.com; that price was doubled when I checked in.

Convenient to get food

The remote control to the TVs didn't work, the telephone didn't work, the WiFi sucked, it had roaches and dead spiders in the bathtub, the knob fell off to the shower.

Location and front desk staff very friendly.

My jewelry was stolen from my room, while my husband and I were at relatives funeral. We requested "Do not disturb" but cleaning staff came in (on camera) stole wedding band and necklace. A police report has been filed. I will be requesting refund.

Superb

The staff is always very patient, kind and courteous, and the price is wonderful for my budget. This was a family emergency and we needed the good deal.

Clean, comfortable, and safe.

The hotel is clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There were a few places where to get some foods and there are some parking spaces, which is good for some of us who drive 26-foot box trucks.

The room was smelly and old worn. Screws and silicone holding headboard to wall. Other questionable things

Decent basic stay

It was close to my work in Barton. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful! The grounds outside were good - an effort to make them clean and landscaped was evident. Room 226 didn’t have a fridge and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, but staff moved me without hesitation to Room 222 which had a fridge

Building is tired - no guttering so rain runs right down off roof and stands on some walkways. Rooms may or may not have smoke alarms or fridges. Missing security bar on room 222. Laundry room had half out of order.
