Tem estacionamento gratuito, bem localizado , não tem cozinha completa como alguns falaram aqui ( é só microondas e cafeteira).

Limpeza de 3 em 3 dias, não repuseram toalhas que pedi, cobram 5 dólares por encomenda para receber. Café da manhã é simples( 2 tipos de frutas, iogurte, waffle, ovos, bacon, cereal , donuts , café , suco ) . Espaço é pequeno em relação ao hotel , está sempre cheio.

Don’t waste your money.

The breakfast was the only somewhat decent thing about this stay.

It was in a bad area, the front desk staff was too busy dumping a bag of chips in their mouth to answer my question, and the room was dirty (stained carpet and curtains, dirty lamp shades). I feel that I very much overpaid for this stay.

The bathroom shower floor was horrible. I have never seen a shower floor like that before. It was very creepy. I moved to the hotel next door. Home2 Suites by Hilton.

Started horribly; but time heals most wounds.

I was left stranded at the airport for 3+ hours by the "free shuttle" which never came (despite 6 calls with assurances that the van "is on the way"). It was a van driver from another Comfort Suite which came to my and another party's rescue. Staff didn't even apologize. I will avoid this place from now on when I cruise from FLL. Suggest others do the same.

Very pleasant, wonderful staff, good breakfast and best mattress ever!

Bed and room ready early, paying transfer shuttle to cruise ship available.

Walking forever in the heat with all our luggage for very long distance and waiting while standing for 1 hr for courtesy shuttle. Would have taken a cab instead of that nightmare!

Superb

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and nicely put together upon our arrival, and the overall location was close to many restaurants. We thorougly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back 😀

Clean but not managed well

Room was clean and comfortable but bed was too high. We’re both short and it was hard to get in and out of the bed. We had asked about the free airport shuttle and the response we got was confusing. Had to call the hotel to get correct info. Breakfast was very basic and they ran out of almost everything. When I told the front desk, was told to look for the guy in the blue shirt. She then went to the food area, picked up a muffin for herself and did nothing else. Blue shirt finally arrived and reloaded some items but they quickly ran out again. From my point of view, hotel needs better managing and some adult supervision.

Breakfast wasn't good. November 2019 was it much better than today.

Very good location! Staff was very nice and friendly! Rooms were nice ! Complimentary breakfast was very good!

I wish more fast food restaurants were near us in that location ! We had to pay for a ride to go to a restaurant the traffic was so busy it was hard to get across the street to eat.Next day we did see some places on up the street to go eat on our side.It was a good little walk for someone older Shuttle service to local places would have been nice since we had never been there and we didn't know where anything was.. Everything else was good though! We just got there later and it was dark.Maybe a local map of the area would have helped.

Fair at best. not what we paid for.

Bed was comfortable and transfer to hotel fine.

Room was very musty. We took the stairway and it stunk very bad. It appears old garbabe in stairwill.. Our shower leaked all over the floor. a big mess
