Very comfortable, a little pricey just because the pools is extremely small for so many apartments and it’s shared with a motel. Other then that the apartment was great, and 1 block away from boardwalk/beach

Check in was at 4 we got there a little early and waited since they were still cleaning, came back at 4 ish and it was still not ready, didn’t get in apartment until after 5pm.

It really wasn't that clean. Floor turned your feet black, we found old food, silverware was disgusting, washer smelled terrible. The fridge didn't get as cold as it should. the beds were absolutely terrible. so uncomfortable that that alone almost ruined the trip. there are tacks in the floor that went through your feet. The couch is very unsanitary and for something that's the uncomfortable material that's made to be cleaned after use, then it should actually be clean. When i wiped it it was black.

We had a great time in ocean city, and where we stayed was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

The property really was perfect for our needs, we really only showered and slept there. The location was great cause it was at the heart of everything. I’m glad I found the place I’d definitely use them again. A couple of things were broken, like the towel bar in the bathroom and one chair leg was off, but they sent someone right away to fix that. Staff was really helpful and Nice!!

Parking lot was small but there was extra parking in back, and getting out of the lot was a little tricky cause it’s at a busy intersection. But it’s really negligible, that’s really the only draw back and not even worth a worry.

We loved the location. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The place was affordable too. Thank you for a wonderful vacation with family and friends.

The dryer heating element wasn't working, and the pipe uner bathroom faucet was leaking. The maintenance guys fixed the faucet and brought a dryer from another unit. We were very pleased how quickly things were fixed.

the room had such a strong smell of paint ...the towels in the room were stained ...the room needs some attention...there is a little attic type thing in the ceiling that constantly flips up and down and is quite scary and weird

Bring a mattress pad and put on your thick skin

I liked the location of the room.

The woman at check-in was rude and unwelcoming. The beds squeaked and were extremely uncomfortable.

The apartment was cute with a modern open concept layout. It was spacious we never felt cramped and we were 7 in the two bedrooms with four bedrooms apartment. They had pots and pans and some plates, cups and utensils to use but I’d prefer they have disposable ones because of covid, I took my own. It was just a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. It had a washer and dryer very important for washing the sand out after beach visits. Having the pool available is great because sometimes you get tired of dealing with all the sand. Everything was decent in comparison to other places we have been to. The staff was available for our needs and took care of things we asked for even came promptly after informing them about the the ceiling fans light cover falling off and shattering everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartments could be cleaned better. It wasn’t filthy but the vents had plenty of dust on them and the walls and doors had stains that could have been wiped off. They could used a better paint so it’s easier to wipe the walls clean. The floor wasn’t mopped because my sons socks were black after walking on it for a few hours. I’m a little bit of a clean freak so I brought my swiffer mop and a small vacuum plus lysol spray and disinfecting wipes and we cleaned up soon as we got there. I do this everywhere I go. The washer never used a lot of water to wash and the dryer never got hot to dry. On our third day there the lamp cover from the ceiling fan fell off and shattered everywhere right after turning the fan on when we got back from the boardwalk, my toddler was under it but thank god no one got hurt. These are all small things that can easily be taken care off and would not prevent us from staying here again.

Excellent Family stay at South Beach Apartments.

We enjoyed our stay at the South Beach Apartments. It was very close to many attractions and amenities that were within walking distance. We were pleased with the space of the apartment but a bit disappointed in the cleanliness. There were stains on the mattress pad cover that were previous guests bodily fluids (yuk!) and the floors made your feet black. We would like to recommend putting mirrors in the bedrooms as well. One mirror makes it more difficult for many people to get ready for their day or evening out. Parking was convenient and close to apartment. The pool was small but served the purpose. We would also like to recommend a restock on the flatware, and baking/cooking kitchenware. We were able to make due with some plastic utensils and a roll of aluminum foil though. I definitely received mixed messages when I contacted the place through the text line. They claimed a $300 security deposit would be taken at time of check in and returned at the end of the stay; this is apparently not the case if you are over 21. Parking does not cost $10 a day either (this is also stated in their fine print) unless they included it into the total cost of the room rate? All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone in need of a nice little place at the beach.

Lack of mirrors. Cleanliness could be improved. Kitchenware should be restocked and replenished.

The bathroom could have been cleaned. There no extra linens for the sofabed. The oven was dirty. Some of the burners on the stove did not work. The toaster didn’t work.
