Nice hotel. Don't expect housekeeping for 2 night stay!

The rooms were nice. I appreciated the decor of the room and spaciousness.

The beds were uncomfortable and someone left their trash in the hallway. This was horrible because it remained in the hallway all night. I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned. This was not indicated at the time of booking or check in at the hotel.

Best hotel

We always stay at the Hyatt in canton. Everyone is always so nice. Breakfast is good. Hot tub is nice. Beds are comfy and always super clean.

It would have been better if it was clean and they followed the rules about the pool bc none of the pople were guest exc

It was nice and new

Room was not clean. We had crumbs on the table and the floors were not swept. Someone had a party in the pool area they had over 35 people in the pool with kids not in bathing suits it was gross and we were upset bc the main reason we stayed was to take are kids swimming.

Hyatt Place is a quality hotel.

Spacious room, lots of shopping and restaurants in area. Hot tub and pool area clean and welcoming! Nice breakfast.

Traffic noise could be heard in room.

Good location (albeit a little noisy), friendly staff. Breakfast is really basic.

Good location to all amenities around North Canton, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Other hotels offer free laundry - was hoping for the sane here but this was not the case. We had no change so was hoping we could add the cost to our room but stein this could not be done. Also the hotel is at a crossroads so is a little noisy (we’ll at least our room was). Breakfast was basic.

Beautiful property all the way around! A+

Very clean, great places to sit outside and relax. Super safe area! Had no issues walking our dog outside at night. Rooms are extremely clean! Loved the stay!

Breakfast was excellent and the location was very convenient for me.

Attempted to turn in my hotel key upon leaving but I left after waiting for 10 minutes at the check in desk.

the shower, space & bed comfort. nice blankets & pillows. shower had 2 shower heads which was different but very helpful. tv was a great size.

they overbooked king bedrooms so my partner & i had to stay in a double queen room. our bed was a great size but we just didnt like the layout with another bed.

Lovely stay for my first visit to Ohio!

Loved the room…spacious, clean, comfy bed and pullout couch! Cleaning staff were so nice. Breakfast was delicious. Cannot say enough good things about the Hyatt in Canton!

Very good

The size of room was decent & especially liked the couch/seating area that was separate from the beds.

I didn’t notice any cameras in the elevator or hallways. Specifically, I choose hotels vs air bnbs for work trips for the safety aspect & cameras.

Relaxing, quiet, and fun!

The entire place smelled and looked so clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Our room was beautiful. Bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was amazing.

There’s no bell to ring or any way to get someone’s attention when we were checking in. We waited a little bit.
