didn’t stay and want my money back. that I was charged and didn’t even stay. it been more than a week. need a call fro

I reserved online through booking.com and they charged my card but when I got to hotel they had no rooms available I had confirmation information and they didn’t have me or room available. so I need my money back I didn’t stay. I have stayed here many times and never had problem till this day.

I didn’t stay and I had confirmation number and all and they person who answered when I called didn’t even try to accommodate or say hey I can send you to another location nothing just nope we don’t have you here we are all booked.

Very poor

Room had not been cleaned, there was no remote control for the tv, had to go down to get 1 from office, toilet seat was broken & there were cockroaches. I paid for 2 nights but had to leave after 1 & got no refund. Will never stay there again!

I feel as if I was dirty afterwards.

It was a quick check in experience and the gentleman gave us some good pointers on where to go and what to do while visiting the town. We parked close to our room and the parking lot and surrounding area was clean.

Our bathroom had not been cleaned. There was soap that was opened and used in the shower. A roach crawled across the bathroom as well. The rest of the room was clean but needed vacuumed and deep cleaning more, behind and around furniture.
