Looks can be deceiving !!

I liked the location to Santa's Wonderland which was my destination.

Elevator was broken. No microwave or iron in room. No night staff available. Staff was there in the morning around ten in the morning

Thank goodness it was short!

The location off Hwy 6 and near fast food facilities is great. The staff is very friendly.

We stayed at the same location on April 13-14-15. Had issues in room 105 with shower/tub leaking constantly on bathroom floor and light fixtures were out. Also someone had dropped " raw eggs" right in front of hotel entrance...was not cleaned up that weekend and on May 5-6 the raw egg trash was still at the front entrance. Our room on May 5-6 had A/C issues...sadly we will not spend money at this facility again.

Dirty and staff wasn’t even wearing company clothes and was wearing boy shorts and pajamas and the cops were there.

the shower was nice

the front desk clear was so very rude to my husband and I. the alarms were going off constantly in the check in area. then woken up by fire alarm on floor 2. desk clerk wrote our room number down on key incorrect so we had a nard time finding our room.

Location was great and bed was soft

They didn’t have any complementary toiletries just soap. No hair dryer. Room was small,no night light at bed and only one bed stand. No free breakfast at all

It was cheap. Staff was pleasant during few interactions

Unclean, cockroach infestation. High humidity in room with musty smell. Got locked out of room when I had to extend my stay. Free internet is useless.

There were live roaches on the walls and bathtub. There were dead roaches that had been killed previously to our stay still on the walls from the former guest. The restroom door did not close, The freezer smelled like something went bad in it.
