Would never come back

My 80 year aunt and uncle had to carry their luggage up three floors because you did not have an elevator and didn’t tell us when we booked it. The people at the desk were arguing when they walked in, they were very uncomfortable staying there because the room smelt musty and their feet stuck to the floor, wi-Fi did not work. musty and their feet stuck to the floor

College Visit

Making the bill discrepancy right. Close to college. Home-like feel and housekeeping brought what was missing in our room for sofa bed when we called.

Additional charge was added, but then appears to have been removed after I brought it to their attention. Didn't like check-in with kiosk, but do understand it is hard to find adequate help. Breakfast could have been better.

Dropping off child for college and to far to drive back in one day

Convenient to the college.

The kiosk for checking in. Very delayed and hard to understand the person. When trying to read r what they said, the message goes to fast and you miss information. Also the breakfast was ok. Every thing was smaller. Muffins were minis and very dry. Not a lot offered during the week like in past stays.

I will never stay at a Baymont again.

It wasn’t clean, staff were rude, bad odor in the hotel/rooms. Mold in the grout.

It was a ok place to stay. At first the room had a smell to it. The air conditioner did help a bit,

The breakfast was ok. I wouldn't say it was the worst ever, but not the best either. Served its purpose

The eggs looked like they were different. The danish was dry and not extremely fresh.

We had to leave a day early because of a family problem so it wasn't a good deal for me

They quit serving at 9am and the food selection was not great

Our shower curtain was gross. It was dragging on the bottom of the shower and was discolored and looked moldy Hotel is "worn" Staff was great

Decent place to stay, didn’t have to share with bed bugs.

The mini waffles I had for breakfast were great! The room was clean, but toilet ran all night, and the ceiling fan didn’t work. The alarm clock’s charging ports for electronics didn’t work, and I didn’t have my block so my phone battery died.

I didn’t like that the toilet ran all night, nor did the ceiling fan. The room was decent overall though.

Sort of wished we stayed somewhere else but for one night it made do.

When we got down there around 7:00 a.m. they were out of fruit, milk and yogurt. I did see bananas added when I filled up my coffee when leaving.

We had a dirty washcloth from the previous person still in the bath area (on the curtain rod). Floors could have used a vacuum, especially in the hallways. Could not adjust the thermostat to a lower temperature.

The blinds fell off when we tried to open. The toliet seat fell off. There was mold in the tub. The floor was sticky. Last visit.

Fine if you get a good price- meh if not

Room was comfortable and was set up in a very cute manner. Hot food was hot

Side access door did not work with cards, housekeeping slammed the doors to rooms closed all day so when they day the room is "noise cancelling" that really doesn't apply to the rooms door since you hear things clear as day. The lamps in the space were turned off so the switch was not doing anything at first so it was hard to find the switches on them in the dark. Also they knocked even though the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was on. Received a call to get out of the room even though I had one more day on my stay because they thought I was a different room. Workout room's treadmill wasn't working at first due to some wifi issues. Breakfast food items were pretty standard quick and easy foods though the eggs were the frozen puck eggs reheated. There was a sporting event so some larger groups of teenagers were there so many of the food options were out an hour before breakfast closed. Overall a very meh experience for the price I paid
