Absolutely wonderful stay

Everything was absolutely perfect!! So clean, breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel, friendly staff, excellent location, I mean everything was great.

Awesome stay! Special Thanks to John for his outstanding service and detail to customer service!!

Perfect location to enter West Entrance of Yellowstone and also to travel thru Yellowstone to Tetons. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. Breakfast choices were above par and very comparable if not better than chains for a better price. Decor was very pleasant and complimented the Montana/ Wyoming area. Basically we loved everything. We will stay here on our next trip instead of in Yellowstone. Better Value overall.

Buena ubicación a la entrada del parque. La habitación correcta pero algo antigua como el resto de las instalaciones, limpio y el desayuno bastante completo dentro de lo que se desayuna allí. Por la tarde tenían unas galletas y café a disposición de los clientes.

Confortable and nice stay in a town with expensive hotels

Brekfast very good and complete, room very nice and clean but no view. Tasty coffe, tea and biscuits in the recepcion for cortesy. Great location near shops. Hotel personal very nice. Parking included

Our room was without view, just a wall in front the corridor, swimming pool was out of order and the first floor is with stairs (no elevator), but I was asked about it before assignate the room. Prices in high season are very high, but all the hotels are expensive in this town

Comfortable inn for those visiting Yellowstone National Park.

Comfortable, quiet and clean, located close to Yellowstone National Park's west entrance. Nice breakfast, easy parking and easy access to the rooms.

The hotel's internet was quite slow.

When I come back to Yellowstone I will be definitely making reservations at Crosswinds

I have previously stayed at the Kelly Inn. They can not hold a candle to Crosswinds. Very comfortable beds. Room was very clean. Also enjoyed the cookies. Great One more important item was I was given a veteran discount which was unexpected. Thank you

Breakfast was same fare as other hotels that offer free breakfast. Not good or bad.

So close to the west gate entrance of Yellowstone! Staff went above and beyond - loaned us bear spray for free to use on our days inside the park. Breakfast was awesome - so many choices both hot and cold. Would whole heartily recommend this place to stay!!

Great stay near Yellowstone

Amazing location, right outside Yellowstone and within walking distance to several food & shopping options. Staff was incredible at both check in and check out. We got excellent food recommendations from the front desk before we even had to ask. Room was clean and comfortable.

The toiletries were nice and convenient, but as others have said, it would be great to see hotels like this that are so dependent on national park visitors focus a little more on environmentally friendly options. Refillable dispensers in the shower, recycling bins instead of just trash cans, and either compostable or washable dishes for breakfast. It’s not as cheap or easy for the hotel but it would be a great investment. Next time we visit Yellowstone we’ll be looking for a location that makes these efforts, even though our stay here was great.

Clean, nice staff, but dark and no wifi

Room was clean and well-maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine for a facility without a restaurant. Location was terrific.

No table or desk in the room making it difficult to work on my computer editing pictures. I was on a photography trip to Yellowstone NP. I had to drag the chair to the bathroom vanity to use my computer. The room was very, very dark even with all lights on. The wifi was so incredibly slow it was unusable. Using my phone as a hotspot was the only way to use the internet, or go to a restaurant or coffee shop with wifi. Very disappointing and in 2023, totally unacceptable.

A nice place near Yellowstone Park

In overall it's a good place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Lot's of parking. Great location.

The walls were very thin. We had a relatively noisy neighbor. We heard his TV and snoring well. Also, we heard the water pipes all the time.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Yellowstone!

Perfect location to Yellowstone National Park West Entrance (just three blocks away); walking distances to many good restaurants; friendly staff; clean and spacious room; and fantastic breakfast.

Rooms were clean and buffet was great! I think it was a great value.

Buffett was super with a lot of choices and for the price it was a great value!

Since the door faces the parking lot you can hear outside noise fairly easy
