Good location near the airport, restaurants nearby, clean, comfortable and quiet in the room.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, located near the airport, shuttle to the airport was good. Staff arranged for us to use the pool in the neighbouring hotel.

Pool was out of order. The music in the elevators, pool area, hallways, front dek was intrusive and loud. Might be better to choose something with less of a disco beat and more relaxing, and turn the volume down.

Horrible check-in experience but a great hotel

Modern styling, great layout, good facilities. Hotel has a great vibe. Rooms were well equipped, very clean. Good location.

We had to prepay our room, yet our room type was not available upon check in late on a Friday night. In fact, we were told that the hotel could not accommodate us at all, our room had been booked out and no other options were available except if the 3rd guest of our group was willing to sleep on floor, yet no bedding would be available for this person as "the night staff had no access to housekeeping to access extra bedding or rollaway beds" or we were told to cancel our reservation and take up the refund with the Manager who would only be back on the Monday after the weekend. Only after we refused to cancel our stay and insisted on waiting in the reception area did the very incompetent night reception person finally concede after 40 minutes to miraculously find us a king suite room with an extra pull-out sofa and also inexplicably extra bedding was delivered to our room. This after I had updated our arrival times twice via booking.com messaging after the hotel had prompted us to confirm our arrival time. I was told I should have phoned hotel directly, yet this was not possible as we were on a long-distance flight to LAX, why should I be required to confirm my arrival by phone if the hotel had received my updated arrival times twice via their messaging system? The Night reception person was untrained and uninformed and should not be left alone at night to deal with clients.

Really comfortable and safe airport hotel

This is a very nice airport hotel with frequent shuttles and ample parking. We booked a room with two queen beds, and the room was very spacious with comfortable beds. There was complimentary water bottles in the room and even though the hotel is next to a road, we didn't hear any noise. The staff is very helpful and shuttles depart every 20-30 minutes to LAX. They will wait for you if you ask them to, the drivers were very nice as well. The hotel has a big parking lot that you can enter/exit as you please. There is also a very nice, big pool area with plenty of loungers. Overall, it was a very good choice and we were very comfortable on our last night in LA.

The hotel didn't have a lot of breakfast options, however the front desk recommended a nice spot only a 5 minute walk away. There is a small shopping center across the hotel with some more options. The door to the bathroom is a sliding panel, so there isn't a lot of privacy if you're traveling with friends.

I will never go there again. I was only there for 4 hours and left. I would like a refund or a disce

The hotel over charge tourism fees My partner got stuck in the bathroom. There’s wood sliding door got trapped and we had to push really hard till it finally open. My partner got stuck for 30 minutes till I got back to the room from getting ice. I explained to the supervisor and they weren’t helpful at all.

Excellent and very helpful staff

We have nothing but great things to say about Aloft at LA Airport and would highly recommend for a family. The staff were helpful at all times and couldn’t do more for us. Breakfast was perfect for us as a family.

It was ok but just too many things went wrong to ignore.

It was different and had a cool lobby area. Staff was trying to be responsive to all the stuff that was going on.

No parking even though we paid for it. People were protesting outside of our room for 2 hours from 6am - 8 am every morning banging a drum. Elevator broke at one point. We didn’t have certain things in our room because staff was protesting die to wages.

Really loved it, would come back!

The quiet rooms - even though near the airport, you couldn’t tell. The beautiful pool, perfect temperature and lovely outdoor relaxing area. The fitness centre, well equipped and clean. Right next door to the supermarket which is so handy.

A few hairs on our bed (not ours) when arrived, also in the shower and bathroom. Check in lady a little rude but other ladies on the desk made up for it as they were lovely.

Charged us again for a room we had already paid for, no reply afte contacting them so far to fix it!

First night was ok but the next morning we discovered there was no breakfast at 6am at advertised, we spoke to a rude guy at the counter who had no idea what was going on and did not seem to care about his job at all. We were charged twice for the room! We paid in advance on booking.com however realised when we got home we were charged again at the hotel. I have contacted Aloft days ago and they have not responded. The worst customer service.

Upgraded Boutique facility with basic but good amenities

$25 parking unnecessary. My room smelled like marijuana for the first 36 hours. Air conditioning is not truly dehumidified air conditioning but a heat pump system.

STAT AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

I did not stay because the hotel did not receive payment from booking.com or atleast they said they didn’t. This was the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had with a hotel and an online booking company. The hotel staff was terribly rude and did not even care or try to accommodate me in any type of way pending an answer from booking.com even though they saw that my reservation was complete. They wanted me to pay upfront and then get reimbursed by booking.com. I’m still waiting on a refund. I WILL NEVER EVER CONSIDER STAYING IN THIS HOTEL I WOYLD RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR. Terrible terrible customer service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNDER STAFFED. One of the staff had sagging pants and you could see his underwear, just a very unprofessional place.

annoyed with the stay! we just needed some where to sleep and it was problems the whole time.

modern style. good location for my trip.

my room didn’t have any open space to even open my suitcase without it being in the way to get to the door! shower handle and back plate fell while trying to turn on the shower! clogged bath tub and sink. cricket by the fridge. rush to see what time I’m leaves my stay even though check out was 12. just rude front desk! problems with the parking gate. had to make sure I wasn’t paid three time for the 2 day stay for parking. just whole trip was annoying because lil things. only really need a hotel to sleep for are trip to WrestleMania! never again will come back!
