First stay was great, second not too cool!

This was my first stay at this location! It was nice! I'm glad I waited to post this review! The room was decent! My second stay wasn't so hot! No continuity in quality! First floor on my second stay! Not cool!

Overall, our stay was a smelly disappointment.

Nice hot shower, cold fridge, reasonable price.

The place (at least 4th floor) has a smell that can only be described as funk, unclean or dysfunctional lifestyle. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, tho it was evident that it wasn’t super recent. The bathroom was clean, but smelled of urine. People were hanging around the premises, nice enough and safe enough , but kinda gave the impression of a flop house. Not really what I would repeat stay with my family.

Terrible experience. Avoid for short stays.

1) The room assigned was NOT what I booked. The description at time of booking did not match at all what I received. 2) No coffee maker, cups, utensils were present. In fact, this room had NOTHING of what was described at time of booking. 3) The room had a faulty toilet. It leaked heavily from the base. 4) Last but not least: I had to wait 30 minutes at my arrival for the receptionist to respond to my call to open the front desk and check me in. This was during REGULAR DESK HOURS!!! Not after hours. This was absolutely uncalled for.

Decent value, but bring your own kitchen supplies.

The staff were nice, the beds were comfortable. The full-size refrigerator was good. The A/C worked well. The microwave was small but functional. Two-burner stove top available. Plenty of washers and dryers available.

There was a musty odor, much like smelly feet, that I assume came from the A/C. There was no coffee pot, toaster, oven, dishes, etc. While I think their website might have stated that, I don't think Booking.com shared that information.

Horribly disappointing and we felt dirty when we left!!

Nothing. It is a disgusting hotel. Smells dirty as soon as you enter building.

The room was dirty, towels didn’t smell clean, no cups in room for drinking or brushing your teeth, no complimentary shampoo or soap etc., air conditioner didn’t work, spider in doorway as we were entering, cockroach on wall that ran behind the headboard!! Walls had handprints and drip stains on walls, gunk dripping out of fan on stove hood, no ice machine or ice cube trays in freezer. No way worth what we paid!!

Watch your receipts

The amount they actually charged to my card was about 40 dollars more than what i signed for. Thats called theft where i come from. The staff was unproffessional to the extreme. And lastly: why do they need a motion sensor in the room?

The lady at the front window was very nice and helpful

The fact that this is mostly a long term living facility for some really sketchy people that are up to no good. I may not be able to prove what's going on in that building, but I know what's going on in that building. The pictures on the website look nothing like the rooms. The rooms are disgusting, grimy dirty, the walls haven't been wiped off for years, holes drilled in the walls for hanging hooks etc. Just a really nasty disgusting facility that no one cares to pay attention to detail and clean the rooms the proper way a room should be cleaned.

it was not very sanitary and the staff was very responsive to my needs but overall it’s NOT SOMEWHERE I’d recommend to A

during my stay some days the water was dark brown when I would turn it on and it would take like 3-4 minutes until it was clear again I was scared to use the water ☹️. Also there where a lot of baby roaches all over my room and the restroom

If your a woman and traveling alone, pick another spot closer to SLC.

Looks good from the outside.

Parking for big trucks in front. Looks like a lot different individuals from all walks of life travel through here. Once I got up to the room the toilet seat was dirty. I couldn’t trust that the room had been cleaned. I grabbed cleaning wipes from car to wipe down all touch points.

was okay for one night, never seen a room that dirty before- price should have been lower for what we experienced.

the front desk lady was very nice about switching our room to a room with 2 beds instead of one.

the room was very dirty- toenails under the bed, handprints on the wall, rubble on the bed frame, cigarette burns on the counter, dirty drips on the wall, room smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free room, floor wasn’t swept at all, holes in the wall, stains on the mattress and dog hair on the mattress pad

there were to many large dogs and people could not control them. they should be only on the first floor. I saw some people whoo w would not get on the elevator with them.

Bad

There was nobody at the front desk at check in. Made us wait for 20 minutes. Finally got our key and went to the room, to find the bed had stains of some sort of brown stuff. Ended up leaving.

you get what you pay for. I felt safe but had to really overlook the furnishings and other guests.

good location and takes dogs

felt like a flop house. hallway carpets were hideously dirty. bed actually had squeaky springs in it and the frame was super cheap. the air conditioner didn’t respond very well - but worked well. needed it to block the noise from the other rooms.

It was traumatizing to see and know that cockroaches were crawling around in my room!

The staff was friendly

I didn’t like being charged an extra $25.00 for my pets to stay. I didn’t like that the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. I didn’t like discovering cockroaches in my room. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have staff after 9:00 pm on site. I didn’t like sleeping in my vehicle because I couldn’t stay in a vermin infested room. I don’t like not having my money refunded for a room I couldn’t sleep in. I will never stay at woodspring again
