Very relaxing for my business trip.

Hotel was being remodeled, but it was clean and the staff were wonderful. Even with the remodeling, it did not hinder my ability to enjoy all the facilities available. I will stay at this location again. The breakfast was wonderful!

No where to park

No parking and especially for older customers. Not safe having to cross a street at 10:30 pm

We highly recommend this hotel, but get a room with 2 real beds, not a sofa bed.

Staff were very helpful, the pool was great, room facilities were very good as well. Everything was very clean.

The sofa bed was very short and uncomfortable, and you could feel every spring in it. The room was very nice, but a bit small.

The breakfast was good

There was no hot water in the room and the coffee pot was broke and leaked water all over the counter and made a mess I had to clean up my and my grandson stayed there two days the pull out sofa was so wore out he couldn't even sleep on it and there was not enough blankets no blanket on bed

The location. All other needs like grocery shopping restaurants and fast foods within walking distance. Also bus services.

I truly cant think of anything. I am not picky. All I needed was a bed to sleep wifi connection and pleasant staff to greet during my stay and I got that.

Did not know that some hotels do not have 2 queen beds in a room. Only had 2 luggage carts for a 5 story hotel. Pet fee $75 each pet.

This is the only place I stay when I’m in Little Rock. It’s literally by everything! Wal mart, Main Event and much more.

Very enjoyable stay look forward to returning in the future

My family very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It is in a great location for families, with having Walmart Chuck e cheese and great restaurants right next to the hotel. The hotel was very beautiful and comfortable, rooms were great with the kitchen. My favorite part was the breakfast, it was absolutely amazing, I loved the waffle bar with the fruit and different syrups to go on top!!! We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at this property again. Staff and management was very welcoming and accommodating!!!!

Best parts are the location, it is very safe and family friendly with everything you need in walking distance, And then the breakfast, for the first times I've actually enjoyed the free breakfast at a hotel!!!

Superb

The rooms are spacious and having a kitchenette is very handy when traveling with children. My son really enjoyed the heated indoor swimming pool. The property is kept very clean and the staff are super friendly. Great breakfast with many options as well.

Overall the stay was pleasant but they definitely need bigger beds

I like that the property was clean and the location was conveniently by Walmart and restaurants.

I didn’t like that the front desk representative wanted to charge 250.00 deposit for our room and the total stay for the room was 269.00. That’s ridiculous, but I do find it out that she got my husband card information but never put the pending deposit on the card. So I would just be cautious about that.

Great property but other guest were HORRIBLE! Could have been handled better!

The staff during the evening I checked in and the morning of our departure was AWESOME! The room was definitely pleasant.

I didn't like that there was a kids party at the pool with unruly and partially attended to children in and out. There were streams of hair noticeably floating in the pool. I was in room 411, the room directly beneath me sounded as though they were climbing through the walls, jumping on the furniture, slamming things against the wall constantly, running, arguing, yelling. Later found out they were a room full of kids! We laid down at 9:30. From 10 pm until 4 am the noise was nonstop! I called the desked and I was asked if I would move to a more quiet room in the early morning with my children, the youngest being 4! Why couldn't they be moved, since they were being the nuisance. We signed a paper stating we would keep noise down but I guess it's not for all guest. We were so agitated and cranky that we paid for a room that we basically sat up all night and DID NOT SLEEP! So basically money wasted! RIDICULOUS!
