Decent stay but could have been so much better.

Spacious rooms.

Ceiling of one room was caving in and it was still given to us to stay in, wasting time while we were reissued an acceptable replacement.

Front desk staff FANTASTIC

Front desk was fantastic. She was personable and helpful. A real joy to encounter after being on the road all day. Room was nice and bed was comfy.

Room smelled a bit like bleach, which means it was very clean, so I guess not too much of a negative.

we enjoyed our overnight and your ability to accommodate our dog

the location and ability to have a pet was key.

the pillows were bad and the bed was iffy. the chair in the room was nice.

It was clean, easy to find, and just exactly what we needed.

It would have been nice to have at least a small table with 2 chairs for meals or game playing.

Overall it was a good experience.

Like the jacuzzi, fridge and the bed was very comfortable.

There was was no eating table . The room furniture needed dusting especially the head board and the walls . The parking it was hard o get a spot next to my room . Television was hard to get to change channels.

Superb

It was quiet and the temperature in the room was great. Very clean and we didn't need anything extra to make the stay more comfortable. Staff was super friendly at check in and check out.

The shower head was broken but it still worked like it was supposed to.

the key cards to the door. the cards given did not work had to go back to the front desk to get another card. this was quickly resolved.

Not for Coffee drinkers

Location. Clean.

No coffee in room. Hike to lobby for coffee. Only dey creamer. Pillows were like cases stuffed with laundry.

Great Hotel

I loved the Front desk clerk Tom! He made it simple and fast to check in. Very good customer service. This hotel is pet friendly. My Yorkie was able to stay in the room. The Hotel is located by restaurants and the mall.

I didn't like that they didn't have breakfast.
