Won’t stay there again for sure

Bed was comfortable

Found open box of condoms in the drawer. Many Stains on rug. Couch was dirty. Felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned well. Breakfast wasn’t great

Just get my money back. 100 percent dissatisfied and not worth the money.

Very dirty. Smelled like weed in the hallways, the bed sheets smelled sour. Bathroom walls were dirty, no towel bar. Nasty place. Even the elevator floors were disgusting.

The most disgusting hotel we’ve ever experienced!!!!

We liked nothing. There is Not one positive thing I can say about this property

Our family of four woke up with bleeding bed bug bites!!!!! The room was filthy. Very Old food wrappers and pieces of food too big to be called crumbs under the bed. Dirt and food crumbs in the kitchen drawers. Old dried food on the kitchen utensils. The floors were sticky, including the carpet. I never knew carpet could be sticky. room smelled of urine and stale corn chips. The staff was rude and too busy with personal phone calls. When we entered our room a large man was sitting on the toilet supposedly fixing the toilet paper holder. He sat there for 10 minutes doing nothing but talking to a friend on speaker. We should have just left. Every staff member we passed was on their personal phone while cleaning a room or doing a job. We did cancel our second night and went elsewhere.

Staff was nice and helpful

Room was dirty. Paper towels weren’t filled. Towel bar and toilet paper holder both broken. Tub was dirty and had a rusted out spot.

won’t stay there again.

not much. the bed was comfortable.

shower curtain would not close. carpet in the room was coming apart. had to put a 100$ deposit down for possible damages and many damages before we arrived.

I really enjoyed my stay...the location is always safe..staff is amazing...my family really enjoyed

I always choose Sleep Inn..but now I know the difference....Mainstay is more like home...I loved the things the room came with..the roll out bed the stove...refrigerator was needed...traveling with avinfant...everything was great

The only thing that I seen was a little bad was the microwave was not wiped out but it was ok .

My stay was fine overall.

The breakfast was great! I had so much to choose from. If they had of started on time it would have been excellent!

My room was for a handicapped person. I was so disappointed because everything was accommodated for a wheelchair.

I had a nice stay at MainStay Suites Meridian. I would stay here again.

I liked how clean and tidy the property was. The rooms were super nice. The breakfast was delicious. Me and my son ate it twice during our stay. I believe it had something for everyone.

The only negative thing that I can say is one of the rolling carts needed to be fixed.

Better alternative when travelling through....then keep on goin'.....

Breakfast was fine, great AM staff. Room acceptable with some wear. Shower/bath a winner.

Meridian's a 'sketchy' burg ok! This is a better stay then the econo-row where dopers,etc. hang out from one sorry past experience. Next trip through I'll likely look for a smaller town layover at HolXpress, etc. within 40 miles either way on the highway. Don't expect much for dinner fare locally 'cept decent ribs and 'BBQ and fast food. The local Morning news show on the building collapse downtown that same night was "special" to catch over coffee let's say! It's a pretty sorry place....

Great value for families.

Breakfast was great and amenities in the room were awesome when bringing small kids. 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper for the teenager. We had a full kitchen including a dishwasher with pots, pans and dishes. They looked cleaned but we washed them before use. I wish all hotels had this option. I plan on returning here when traveling to our next family reunion in Louisiana.

Bed were very firm.

probably won’t stay here again unless major remodeling is done.

desk clerk that checked us in was friendly and helpful. breakfast was good.

in desperate need of repairs. carpet in the room was discussingly dirty. gave my toddler dirty feet! rest of us kept our socks on! hole in bathroom door, also bathroom door was kept open by a washcloth wedged under it. shower curtain ripped, soap dish ripped off shower wall. everything in kitchenette was sticky.linoleum in kitchenette and bathroom had stains and hair stuck to it. refrigerator had stains in it.

It was mostly okay and suited our purposes

We did appreciate the microwave and the little kitchenette area. Breakfast was fine, the cook was very friendly. The ladies at the front desk were very nice as well. I did appreciate being able to use the printer in the lobby and that it worked with no problem.

We stayed eight days and of course we did have trash that needed to go out a few times. The staff expects you to carry it yourself to the gross dumpster. The laundry room on one floor did not work, and neither did the ice machine. On the floor where the ice machine and the laundry did work it smelled like sewage most the time. The times that we needed supplies like toilet paper or shampoo, no one would bring it to the room you have to go downstairs and beg the people at the desk for it. The gentleman that was behind the front desk sometimes there was fairly rude, all three of us tried to avoid dealing with him.

Would not stay again

The breakfast was fine, and about what we expected.

Our room we booked at the MainStay was not available, so we were given a room at the Sleep Inn. That took the staff 30 minutes to figure it out. Instead of fixing the problem, the manager spent over 20 minutes scolding the staff of their mistake instead of fixing the error while we just stood there and waited. Our room at the Sleep Inn reeked of cigarette smoke, and did not have the kitchenette that we had paid for.

I probably will not be staying here anymore and I have been staying here for years.

It wasn't far away from where I was there for.

The dirty carpet, the noise at night, the big hole in the wall and many other things...

A little disappointed.

Room was comfortable and cool. Air conditioning worked well.

Carpets were worn and stained. The handheld shower was very high - I had to tiptoe in the shower without a non-slip pad. The breakfast buffet did not open until 7 - when I checked in, I was told we would be able to grab something cold as we were leaving early. Attendant did get me a couple bottles of water when I asked.
