Great stay. Will definitely stay again next time I am in town.

I liked how breakfast was served from 5a.m. to 10 a.m. they have a restaurant that offers a dinner special each night. They also give out two free drinks per adult at the bar they have at the hotel.

We would not book here again.

Our room had dead flys and ear plugs in the window. Hair in the sheets and the tub.

Staff was not helpful. Lounge had a staff member serving a family member without charging him. Kicked out of pool area at 10:02. But hockey team running the halls from 2am until 3:15 am. Without a staff shutting it down

Wouldn’t stay again

Could of posted online telling us hot tub is out of order cuz I was excited to use it. All Fire alarm are old and outdated. Chain lock latch wasn’t replaced as it is broken. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Had a great relaxing time with friends.

Liked the free light supper and breakfast.

The carpet was a bit dated and needs replaced.

Nice staff but would not recommend

Construction in lobby was not advertised when booking

Bed was lumpy, sheets stained, bathroom not cleaned . Breakfast was a joke.

Very disappointed

The hot tub was out of order, the pool was cold, very slow draining water in the bathtub, spots on the blankets, the bar was open for 4 hours a day, 6pm - 10pm.

Room was clean. I was able to charge my vehicle. Had a billing issue. Contacted the property, they resolved it in a timely manner.

Perfect little getaway for a weekend or week stay.

I always stay here when I’m in DL. It’s honestly the best location for access to lake foods Downtown basically everything.

Most of the rooms are decent. This time I stayed in a jacuzzi room. Out dated tub. Not really worth the xtra money paid. It is an older building and they are starting to renovate. But not sure how much they are going to do.

Everything was great inside the hotel.

We left our car there while we were on vacation when we picked it up. some one had damaged our car to a total of $750 dollars.

I wouldn’t recommend it for 100+ a night.

Proximity to the lake was good. The front desk did give me a small travel toothpaste.

Breakfast was powdered eggs that weren’t thoroughly rehydrated. Precooked sausage links that were warmed in a crock pot. A/C didn’t work in my room.

Not quite as good a stay as previous times but still good. We were visiting family.

Breakfast was ok. The breakfast room was being remodeled and so breakfast was in the Meeting room. That was fine. Breakfast staff was in a hurry to clear breakfast before end time. She was rather curt and never saw her smile.

Many things I like about the Fireside but not impressed with the transaction.

I have stayed there before. they have everything that I require to go on a fishing trip to Devils Lake.

when I arrived there was no record of my reservation. I was charged more for the room than I was quoted for the booking. After my card was run for the increased amount, my reservation showed up in their system. The person working the desk claimed that my price was wrong and charged me full rate anyway. She said there was nothing she could do. I paid it but I’m not very impressed.

Good

The extra amenities were a bonus and very useful. Having a fish cleaning room on site, hot breakfast, bar and complimentary dinner and drinks were the icing on the cake.

Fire alarms kept going off early in the mornings, parking lot was icy. The pullout bed was what I expected it be be, (very uncomfortable) would recommend just getting rid of that and putting in another queen bed.

Exceptional

Stayed here before, new it would be a reliable place to stay and offer all of the amenities you could need while being comfortable. The gal at the hotel bar was very pleasant and friendly, I felt like her service was great not just because it was her job but because she is a good person.

There was nothing that I didnt enjoy. planning more fishing trips for the coming weekends and will likely be the place that I choose to stay.

The playground

Comfortable beds,Clean bathroom

My room window has a cracked in it ,it howled all night.Parents were not watching their kids ,Running and played very loud in the hallways.
