Nice Motel perfect for Cape travelers

It’s a cute Motel that will have everything you need on your trip to the Cape. Its location is perfect for a travel through location being a middle location in between Ptown and Chatham and close to all the beautiful walks and beaches nearby. The stuff is really friendly and it had lots of free parking in close proximity to all the individual rooms.

Traveling from Germany, I find the price value rate always a little frustrating but that’s American prices i guess. Its the kind if money you have to spent if you wanna go to the cape.

Almost hesitate to review and give up the secret!

Pretty much everything was stellar! I like the fact that they use renewable energy when possible, that there is an excellent cafe on site for breakfast, the rooms were immaculate and quiet, perfect location next to bike path and not too far from P-town. Bed was super comfortable. Very good value I thought.

Didn't take advantage of pools or very tiny hot tub but would consider staying there again.

Location was good, quiet yet easily accessible to restaurants and towns of inteest. Room was spacious and nicely decorated.

Wish there had been outdoor seating near the room as I enjoy coffe and time outdoors.

Good spot for a clean stay on the lower cape (Wellfleet area).

Location was pretty good for attending an event in P-town, right off of rt 6. The view from the balcony was an over grown tree obscuring a courtyard. Good for privacy, but no real view.

Price was quite high, but may be expected for the lower cape near the end of the season. The room was clean, with recent remodeling in the bathroom. Overall, a good stay.

Superb

Wonderfully clean, comfortable room that one could stay in for a longer stay with microwave, eating table and chairs, access to sunk separate from the shower/toilet room. Breakfast restaurant looked good but we had plans elsewhere. Also didn't take advantage of bike path access. Nice pool that was clean with some shade for family member during my morning swim.

Superb

Great spot, much nicer than it appears from the road. Saltwater outdoor pool was great to wind our kids down after a day at Newcomb Hollow. Beds were comfy & room was clean. Restaurant was delicious but breakfast for 2 adults & toddlers was $80, which was very surprising.

Great place to stay with comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Loved the outdoor and indoor pool.

I would totally recommend this place and will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in the area. The staff was great. The room blew my girlfriend and I away. We booked a queen suite. Which we did last minute , on a summer weekend, it was the only room left. It was also the cheapest out of anywhere else online. Our room had two queen beds, a separate living room, two tvs and a private balcony. It was super clean. In any case I won't ramble anymore. If your looking for a place to stay then this is it. Wish I had the breakfast I heard mannygood things about it

Disappointing

Breakfast was good,but a little on the pricey side,not much included.Staff was good 👍

Pools were fair,hot tub jets were not working.Our room ,was right beside main storage closet.Saff disturbed us going in and out for supplies,at 6:30 am.There was a PC. of cardboard covering a hole in the wall in the bathroom,and trash was being thrown in the dumpster at 6:30 am....very noisy,right by our window,near the bathroom.

We didn’t check in because property unappealing.

Absolutely nothing we liked

People outside room hanging laundry off their cars. Very unwelcoming physical atmosphere. “Property unappealing” Attendant at front desk was very nice Paid but after walking around property, we were totally turned off. Left, my wife would not stay their. Called to get our money back but no success.

Relaxing and Enjoyable stay

Check-in was easy. Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and has lot of amenities which were all in good condition (including hair dryer, iron, fridge, coffee machine and microwave oven). Parking is available. The hotel is so close to many attractions (by car).

At night, it is difficult to get any snack or drink. Make sure to bring snacks and drinks for the nights. The soda vending machine was not working.

Breakfast was good. Night clerk and waiter were very friendly. Room was spacious.

A bit confusing because of multiple buildings, not sure where the office was located first.

Would probably not stay again, considering that we often need to check in with work and need wifi.

Very clean.

Wifi did not work at all. And one of us needed to work for a few days. We tried different spots in the hotel, without any luck. Other guests had the same issue. Also the gates to get into the pool area were awful.
