I liked staying here mostly because of the location and the breakfast was good.

location and it was not located directly on the highway.

staff in the afternoon and evening was not very pleasant.

THE HOUSEKEEPER ON A SCALE OF 1-10 WAS A NEGATIVE SEVEN 😡😡😡🤷🏿

THE FIRST ROOM WE GOT 318 WASNT CLEANED 😡😡 POPCORN/SKITTLES IN THE DRAW TISSUE BEHIND THE IRONING BOARD AND PLASTIC BAGS IN THE DRAWS WOW 😡😡😡🤷🏿🤷🏿

Our room was not booked correctly. .we had requested a handicap room with w/c accessible bathroom but when we arrived it was not available......therefore the room we were offered was not accessible. no hand held shower head, no handicapp commode----it was very difficult to function in this room.

not very happy. the staff really didn’t care that I found hair in my bed. IN IT!

found a huge piece of someone’s dreadlock or hair IN MY NED MY BED and during the night, there was a roach climbing the wall when the light was turned on

Clean, modern, well appointed, comfortable bed and bedding. Large rooms.

Coffee service could be better. Coffee was out and no flavored creamers. No lids.

Location

My room wasn't clean hair was in the shower. The face sink had dry up dirt in it the carpet can stand to be cleaned . I ask for room service they told me that they only had one house keeper and she is working on cleaning rooms to be checked in for that day put my trash and dirty towels. In the hall by my door.
