The place is great except one of the front desk person.

The the location is very close to all the main attractions, also very clean.

One of the staff I didn’t get her name which I should. She was at the front desk she is a middle age white lady, short hair wear reading glasses, she was so rude. I tried to check in I have my ID my booking number, confirmation email and everything but she couldn’t find my reservation even though it was there. She was very rude she didn’t try to figured it out even though it was her job. This is her exact work when I showed her my reservation number and the pin “that doesn’t mean anything to me”. Then she had me go and figured it out myself. Which the only problem was they had my fist name and last name backwards. In the end I was the one that figured it out. My point is if she doesn’t want to help people out don’t work as a front desk, this job is not people that is rude like her. The front desk job said so much about the place and she doesn’t deserve to be a customer service.

Top floor with nice views. Walking distance to the main strip.

I brought a breakfast package thinking it was a continental breakfast, but it actually was a small restaurant that serves breakfast. The package was for 2 adults, 2 children only. Had to pay out of pocket for additional breakfast for family members.

Our stay was very nice and I would stay at the hotel again if we are in that area.

As mentioned, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this property. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

I did not like the customer service at the restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel. We did not let that experience ruin our stay, so we chose to eat at the restaurant next door for breakfast instead. The food at the Pancake House was delicious!

could had been better if the manager would of let us move rooms when heat was broken and if housekeeping was done every

close to everything. amenities were nice

had issues with heat and air 2 nights we froze then they fixed it and then night before we left it was very warm and air did not work. All they said was so sorry. We asked for room to be cleaned and left for several house and return to a dirty room, we start to get ready for dinner and the housekeeping knocks on door as soon as we put the do not disturb sign on the door and says she was there to clean the room, we stated we had been gone all day and it had not been done, she then said she had to do it right then because she was about to leave so we just asked for towels and wash clothes because we had reservations and could not wait for her to clean the room at that time. Pillows were flat and very uncomfortable!

You need to improve logistics at breakfast. Long wait in the queue to order, and it is not clear what is included when you prepaid your breakfast with the room.

loved the amenities, the location was great, the staff was friendly, it was clean, and the lobby smelled amazing.

the price was a bit extreme and I wouldn’t normally stay with the price. also the beds wasn’t very comfortable. the mattresses are more on the firm side.

Overall we were very satisfied.

Front desk people were friendly and room was clean and spacious.

We signed up to only have our room cleaned upon our departure, but I wish they would have had a daily towel service as we had to visit guest services each time we needed new towels. Also, we would put our dirty towels and trash by our door and it was not always emptied that day and towels were left in the hallway. Sometimes it sat in the hallway for a couple of days before it was picked up. Hide-a-bed mattress was a bit thin, even my 8-year-old had a hard time sleeping on it. I overheard the housekeepers talking in the hallway about being short-staffed and not knowing exactly how to order supplies or get everything cleaned in a day, maybe a conversation that should not have occurred in front of guests.
