It was nice, clean and peaceful.

It was nice that they provided breakfast items.

It was too hot and when we tried to use the air conditioning unit, it kept popping out of place.

Wonderful place to stay while exploring Fairbanks!

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was comfortable, and it was nice to have breakfast food provided. Location is great.

For the second time, I stayed at Myrna and Jerry’s fabulous suite, which is really an attached and fully equipped one bedroom apartment with a private entrance.

Myrna and Jerry met me to show me my suite. Jerry walked me to my suite, carrying my suitcase for me. He explained everything in the suite and shared local information and pamphlets with me. I felt very welcomed!

It was a great stay! The hosts are very accommodating and helpful. The place is nearby downtown.

I requested for early check-in as our flight is arriving early and the host, Myrna, was able to accommodate us. We arrived a little earlier than expected, so she offer us coffee to keep us warm and some juice for the kids. We also had an emergency as there is no Uber on the day of our return flight and are going to miss our flight so they helped us get to the airport in time. They are just heaven-sent to us!

A Home Away From Home

The B&B is run by a retired friendly couple who resides on one half of the property. I gave them my arrival time and the owner was there to greet me and to hand me the key. Your unit is self-contained. You get your own entrance to your one bedroom apartment. It has a well equipped kitchen so you can choose to cook instead of eating out. The owners supply coffee, tea, cereal, oatmeal, breakfast pastries, and fruits and also stock the fridge with milk and eggs so you can make breakfast. There is tourist information in the entrance foyer. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and it is a short 10 minute walk to Downtown.

There is nothing not to like.

The property was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast supplies were high quality and the kitchen really well equipped to fix meals. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to questions. The location is great.

Great stay in the middle of downtown.

Very comfortable apartment, with two TVs and full kitchen for our use. Even had air-conditioning, which was a blessing on a day of heavy smoke throughout town. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Great location, right in downtown.

Watch out, the eggs provided for breakfast are raw, for you to cook as you please, not pre-boiled, as we found out. ;)

Wonderful!

As a frequent last minute solo traveler to Fairbanks, it’s difficult to find quality lodging. I snagged this clean, well kept, comfortable and centrally located unit for a few days. The location is close to the airport and also a block away from my favorite natural grocery. I already booked my return stay : )

Great hospitality great service.

I liked the food that was given. The location wad okay a little hard to find for taxi drivers.

There is nothing I didnt like. The stairs was a little too much. We didnt have a gate for the stairs but managed to close them off.

Extremely helpful and accommodating hosts! Would stay here again...

The breakfast fixings (eggs, milk, butter, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt etc.) stocked for us by the hosts were thoughtful and comprehensive, and very convenient for the small kitchen in our unit.
