A bit disappointing but the hotel is beautiful.

The plumbing was irrational. No cold water out of the sink faucet and not enough hot water in the shower.

Pretty good but misses the mark of a hotel of this caliber.

The overall feel and look of the hotel was nice and modern. Location is awesome for downtown or easy quick way to the mountain for skiing. Breakfast was good but not great. It was essentially the same thing all 4 days of our trip. Sausage was not good at all, egg cups, and French toast were ok. Needs more variety. I enjoyed having the grab and go options but only chose a protein bar for on the way to the mountain because everything else was donuts/packaged/processed food.

Absolutely needs update to pool area. Pool and pool area is super small and lacks any sort of vibe. Being in the mountains it really needs a hot tub and/or sauna. I won’t stay here again just because of that. After a long day of skiing I’ll stay farther away just to have a hot tub. Also, the walls/floors are super thin as you can hear a lot of noise. We got a noise complaint for literally taking a shower and packing at 10pm becasue there’s no sound proof.

Good stay but didn’t match price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Really great. The location is also perfect with lots of easy parking at a low rate. Bed was comfy and the mountain view was nice to wake up to every morning. The blackout shades were great for the mornings and the kitchenette was nice to have.

My biggest issue is the price point. This was the work selected location so I wouldn’t have otherwise chosen to pay that much. I realize that this is an area of high demand, but $500 a night for a basic room is just hard to swallow. At that price, more amenities are needed. The furniture in the room isn’t particularly well made, the breakfast was basic and always the same, didn’t offer a dairy free egg option and the cheese in the omelet was a kraft slice, no extras in the bathroom like q-tips etc. I have paid much less for nicer rooms in Paris during high season. It felt a bit exploitive to ask that much and not pass along more to the consumer.

Excellent place to stay. Convenient, quiet, clean.

Location is great and parking was convenient. Quiet and the bedding and bathroom linens are clean and fragrance-free. The front desk staff were helpful.

The price paid didn’t match the stay and that was disappointing

The staff was friendly but the use of radios with out headsets was an interesting choice. The location is great.

You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the hotel. The man in the next room blowing his nose? It’s like he’s in your room. The staff in the hallways using radios (walkie talkies) with out headsets on full volume at 6 am…you can hear that clear as day as well. The price paid didn’t match the stay and that was disappointing.

The hotel was clean and faculty was nice.

There was a lot of noise in the room above me during the middle of the night and super early in the morning which made sleeping really hard.

Great room! Great location!

Room layout was exceptional. Had everything we needed. Many breakfast choices. Attentive staff. Special callout to the airport shuttle drivers. Provided a lot of great information.

No hot tub! The pool was very small. Not sure it was worth having.

Great location close to shipping and restaurants. Hotel also has wonderful restaurant and bar in the lobby Easy parking at the hotel also. Better option than staying at the airport as not too far to the airport

Good hotel conveniently located in Bozeman

Good location in downtown Bozeman within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, stores, etc. Clean hotel. Staff met expectations. Ok basic breakfast options in the morning. Mass scale, modern hotel design elements which has pros and cons.

Hard squarish surfaces everywhere you turn and almost all tile throughout the room. Some kind of raised tile lip you need to be aware of going into the bathroom. It is difficult to visit the bathroom safely in the middle of the night without stumbling to light the place up very brightly. I get tile and square surfaces makes it easier to clean well, but more effort to design rooms with an eye towards waking up in the middle of the night safely would make it much more comfortable.

You have an outstanding team of employees! So friendly, courteous and helpful!

The bar/ restaurant attached to the hotel was not impressive. It was dark, dingy and staff was not friendly. Completely opposite of the hotel if the two are related.
