Pool was decent
Dirty!! Horrible beds!!! Had to ask 4 times over 2 days for sheets and pillows for the crusty pull out sofa.

The place is clean, the staff is very helpful, they always ready to help you, they have parking at the front and also extra parking half block from the hotel, the hotel need and updated but anyway we have a lot fan, the pool was awesome, there is too bbq grill available to use, we spent most of the time at the pool, we have 2 room apartment the space was good enough for 4 people, rooms was ok, but kitchen and bathroom needs and update. But anyway you can enjoy your stay, and we also have a free breakfast half block from the hotel.
I would recommend they place if you are not too complicated. They place is very clean and they always help you with everything, checking and check out was very fast and also location is perfect close to everything!!

Great location
Dirty!! Beds were absolutely back breaking!! Asked for pillows and blankets for the nasty futon 4 times before we received them. Had to bring our dirty towels to the office to exchange for clean ones.

Very convient to small shops and beach.
The owner expected us to plunge the already clogged toilet. They need to hire maintenance. There are only 6 out front parking spaces for 35 rooms. Other parking around the corner and across the street in a lot. Pool had a black ring around it, right above the water line. Some of the hand rails going upstairs were loose and felt unsafe. Owner wasn't very friendly. We will not be staying here again.

Close to the beach and boardwalk.
The room wasn't very clean. The floor had sand all over it , so we had to leave our shoes on the entire time. The pool and surrounding area it was absolutely filthy. I requested a first floor room because I have a small infant and that request was totally ignored and we were placed on the third floor.… So every night we had to walk with her stroller all the way up to the third-floor since there is no elevator. Anytime we needed to speak to the manager he was not in the office. There was no extra toilet paper or towels in the room. Lightbulbs were burned out in the rooms which were very dark to begin with. The only air conditioner was in the living room, so when you were sleeping at night, it got very very hot management was also not very friendly. This is also one of the only motels that do not provide beach passes. The location is great but other than that it is definitely not worth the price and I will never stay here again.

The location is primal for walking/biking to surrounding areas like the boardwalk or restaurants off the boardwalk.

I staff was nice, the fridge worked well.
The room was very dirty. There were food stains on the walls, some different unknown stains in the bathroom, and a tube of chap stick on the floor. We did not have any washcloths in the room, and when we got back from a cruise, we asked for washcloths. The staff told us that the office closed at 10 pm.. and when we were checking out at 10 a.m., the office was still closed.. the beds were so old you sank into them and they made so much noise.

I liked that the property was very close to the boardwalk.
I did not appreciate that once we got there the toilet paper was half used and there were no blankets on our bed like the picture. There were sheets on our bed. They claimed to have breakfast included but there was no breakfast whatsoever. Staff members were very rude when we asked questions about toiletries or anything that had to do with money. I asked one of them for toilet paper and I was told to go get it myself. My friends and I wouldn’t have minded getting anything, it’s how it was said. Another employee had said something to us our checkout day and we didn’t hear her said we asked what she said and she took a deep breath and rolled her eyes as if we asked her to climb Mount Everest. As soon as we got to our room, we all noticed that a blind was broken. It looked really creepy because it looked like it was cut for someone to watch through it. We thought that since this was their motel, they had already knew about it so no reason to go and ask them about it. They told us at it was us who broke the blind and that they replace things every-time a group leaves. Which is also a lie because there were multiple stains on our sheets. One of the staff members took $20 out of our $200 security deposit because “we broke it”. Lastly, insects all over our room. I would not recommend staying here or spending any money here.

Honestly so impressed with the price for what you get - a clean and perfect spot. They give you breakfast from breakfast spots down the street. Such an easy walk to the beach. The pool was great too.

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was always clean. Grills available onsite for use. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast was actually a ticket to a breakfast spot a couple of buildings away, for free breakfast sandwich and a drink. Coffee, Orange juice etc.
The office did not always have someone available through out the day to request clean towels, etc. But they will come over to ask if there was anything that you needed.

the pool is great! the location is great too really close to the beach and boardwalk.
there is limited free parking on site, there are 8 parking spaces for approximately 40 rooms. Most of the nearby streets and lots you have to pay to park. The Wifi doesn’t work in the rooms you have to go outside for Wifi. Both the safety locks were broken so only the doorknob locked which is not ideal.

- The location can't be beat! It's a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk and super close to one of the popular beach entrances. As a woman I felt safe walking around by myself even later at night in this area.
- The front desk staff member we interacted with was very professional and helpful, right before our checkout date we called and asked if we could add on an extra night and he helped quickly and efficiently so that we could stay in our rooms. Also helped us find a parking space very close to the motel and provided us with a parking pass so we wouldn't get ticketed.
- The motel and room itself - I consider myself very high maintenance and I was a little nervous since I've heard terrible things about most Seaside Heights motels, but upon driving up to this motel I was pleasantly surprised at how bright and clean the outside is, and the room was definitely not anything fancy (which should honestly be expected as it's clearly a motel and not marketed as a luxury property) but it was clean and perfect for me and my boyfriend to rest our heads in at night after a long day on the boardwalk/beach! I do recommend bringing your own linens (towels, comforter, I also brought my own bed sheet to lay down over the one they provide) and if you're very picky like me, 1-2 extra pillows.
- I saw some other reviews note that this is a very noisy property with loud partying till all hours. That wasn't my experience at all, I found all the guests and tenants to be very respectful and even on the nights where folks were sitting by the pool till late at night enjoying their vacations I honestly couldn't hear them at all through the walls. It's also marked very clearly that large speakers are prohibited after 9pm at night so we never encountered a problem of people blasting music.
- The only thing I would say is that the linens on the bed could be replaced since there were a few set-in stains on both beds in my room but as mentioned above, it didn't really bother me since I bought my own blanket and sheet set since anyway.

Nothing it was just nasty
They was rude and the apartment smelled like fish we had to go buy so plug in smell goods it was dirty they put ur clean towels on top of toilet which is nasty 🤮 and then it was 6 of us staying there and they only gave us 4 towels at a time we had to keep goin to get clean once a few times a day seem racist to but that was a lot of the locals there just was a beautiful place with nasty people

Great location bc close to the beach. Having a microwave, oven & stove in the room was awesome.
Room wasnt clean & smelled moldy, the floors were dirty, sand on the futon. Also the room was loud with a constant banging noise the entire time.

I feel like I was ripped off. I spoke with other guests during my stay and they had an apartment with a kitchen for.the same price as I had with just 2 double beds. The hotel looks much different in the photos. The staff was great, I appreciated them, but I was very disappointed.
