Lovely hotel would definitely recommend for a more affordable NY stay!

Beds were very comfortable and the room & bathroom were a great size. The room was quiet and we felt safe, and the staff were helpful & friendly.

As we stayed 4 nights we did think it might be nice to have 1 clean of the floors / bathrooms whilst we were there .

Close to subway and stores. Easy to find and great value

Hotel práctico para ir a dormir, Precio-calidad acorde a la zona.

Dentro de las opciones de alojamiento que había en la zona me pareció el más acorde precio-calidad-comodidad. Son hoteles para ir a dormir así que no esperaba otra cosa.

Por el precio del hotel yo le sumaría un mínimo desayuno.

Perfect for one overnight stay

The location is great and the price is unbeatable.

The room size is really small, you can barely open 2 suitcases at the same time, and there's no window, so it's perfect for an overnight stay. However, bare in mind that the noise can travel really far. At night, I can still hear very well the noise of other guests entering the hotel. There's a steep staircase at the entrance, so watch out if you carry many large suitcases.

We had a pleasant stay with a nice staff and a scenic and close to ideal location in Chinatown.

The room was suitable for our needs, and with a close to ideal location. There was no television, but the WiFi worked well. That was more important

The shower, where you could not adjust the temperature and volume of the water independently. The room was narrow. we could manage, but you might warn, that the room is not over oversize people.

Good value for money. No bed bugs, the mattress was relatively new.

Convenient pice range and lication. Bathrooms cleaned many times throughout the day.

Random noise throughout the night. Ear plugs solved the problem.

Cheap but not so nice.

The price of the hotel was ok and it was close to the attractions of New York. Also the bed was comfortable. Plus, we could leave the luggage there after checkout until we left New York City

The bathroom was not clean at all, the toilet was broken, the staff was not really friendly. Also the neighborhood was not so welcoming/nice.

Cheap and cheerful!

Loved the location, convenient to the subway, bed was wonderfully firm. Honestly had all we needed. Never had to wait for a bathroom and they were always clean.

The only criticism I have is that the room was very hot. Some cool air would have made it easier to be comfortable, but thankfully I did have my mini fan with me.

Not pleasent, pretty basic and an ok price for what you get

Location is great, very close to the subway

No AC, room was very hot. Staff was not helpful, rude and could barely speak English. Rooms are pretty damaged (holes in walls, ruined outlets). Only 3 bathrooms stalls for the whole floor

perfect spot for sleeping, dont expect much more and you’ll be happy

Great location, easy walking.. definitely thought we would be able to walk to Times Square for some reason but its like 5 miles away so we got the Citi Bikes which are electric and it was fun!

the room is super small and is literally just a bed and a night stand, the bathrooms are down the hall but they are single room bathrooms which was good you can shut yourself in and lock the door, I was worried we would have to be like showering next to someone else lol but it wasn’t like that, just bring flip flops and you’ll be gucci.

Camera sporca e angusta senza alcun armadio o ripiano per le valigie. Il bagno seppur in camera era poco curato: abbiamo trovato dei capelli femminili sul piatto doccia ed un dispenser di sapone tutto rotto e lurido nella doccia. Nessuno ha pulito la camera o anche svuotato la pattumiera in 7 giorni. Camera rumorosa a causa della vicinanza ad una stanza adibita a lavanderia azionata ogni notte. Assenza di ascensore e scale per raggiungere i piani molto ripide.

nothing reallly. the guy at front desk I don’t even think he speaks english …or his attitude it’s the worst …probably hates his job.

where to start, no heat even the termiostat of my watch said 36 INSIDE! the bathrooms are far and disgusting. it seems like if you leave anything at your room it can be stolen. smells old and odd. sheets are dirty and smells like dirty balls. sleep? forget it..too noisy and people walking around, scary people !

Para dormir está muy bien!

Me gustó el precio, los baños los limpiaban a diario y estaba a 2 minutos caminando de la estación de metro Grand st

Los cuartos al parecer están divididos solo por una madera por lo que se escuchan los ronquidos, pasos, conversaciones entre otras cosas de otros cuartos, no solo de los cuartos vecinos.. Por lo mismo no puedes hacer mucho ruido hablando.

La localisation

Aucun service, changement de serviette ou drap pendant 7 jours. Ampoule grillée dans la salle de bain, fenêtre de chambre cassée ne pouvant s’ouvrir. Le pire de tout : le personnel qui rentre dans la chambre fermée à clé pendant que nous dormons. Très mauvaise expérience

Very cheap for a stay in Manhattan

Very convenient location right in Chinatown, close to subway and 2 streets from little Italy. Also a shop directly next door to get an international SIM card while on your travels

It was far too expensive at $150 a night for absolutely terrible accommodation.

Room was not very clean. Common bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower.

Everything. Room was smelly, noisy, no elevator to go up floors with suitcases, staff would not acknowledge you and had not the minimum of etiquette.

Clean with Unbeatable Value, but Politeness is a Must!

The rooms and toilets were consistently tidy and clean, making for a pleasant stay. The AC was always functioning, which was a relief considering the high temperatures outside. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in the heart of Chinatown and close to SOHO, Little Italy, and Wall Street. Moreover, there is an AMAZING Chinese bakery right across from it, offering the best and most affordable breakfasts in town.

The AC can be quite cold, especially at night, leading to the showers in the provided shower rooms never drying between days, which poses a hygienic concern. Additionally, a rather unpleasant experience was when the staff went door to door just 10 minutes before the checkout time, knocking loudly and shouting, even with guests still inside their rooms, to rush them to leave. This felt extremely impolite and disruptive.

I would like to express my sincere disappointment with the stay at the US Pacific Hotel that you recommended. Despite my efforts to address the issue on-site, I was unable to find a satisfactory solution. Therefore, I am forced to reach out to you in this manner. The lady didn't even understand that the third-floor toilet paper needs to be refilled. The room that was provided to me was in a shocking state. It was dirty, unhygienic, and had a strong odor that could be felt throughout the room and hallways. The ventilation was dirty and clogged, leading to an unbearable atmosphere. The smoke detector was damaged and blinked all night, significantly affecting my sleep. The television did not work, and I was forced to endure complete boredom. The bed linen was dirty and unwashed, and the toilet was in a deplorable state. There was no toilet paper, and the room had a strong smell of urine and feces. To make matters worse, the room next to mine was constantly occupied by a couple who were obviously engaging in sexual activity during my stay. This was extremely disturbing and uncomfortable, and I couldn't sleep due to the noise. Additionally, the entire building smelled of marijuana, even though it is prohibited in hotels. I also noticed that the desk in the room was dirty and had old, used, and dirty cups on it. An electrical outlet protruded from the wall and posed a potential danger. Additionally, there were no windows or proper ventilation in the room, leading to a feeling of tightness and discomfort. Furthermore, there were many foreign hairs and stains in the bedding.

It was ok for a budget but we won't come back

Cheap for Manhatten, 24 hour reception was good and useful, allowing us to check in from a very late-arriving flight.

Beds were hard, bedding looked a bit dirty, room is extremely small. General vibe of the place was a bit weird.

Pleasant

The hotel is near the subway station. A few minutes from Brooklyn bridge. There are restaurants and shops around.

We stay in the hotel two nights in room without a window. The mattress was very hard and little bit uncomfortable. And If you stay more nights we recommend room with a window.
